What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Service team is always willing to take the time to explain and walk me through how to execute something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it can be hard getting other vendors of ours to work directly with them. Celigo is willing to do so, but others are not. It can make it challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to quickly process orders for our customers. What is amazing is during a large data flow day, and Netsuite can't handle the bandwidth we are dealing with, Celigo allows us to turn off specific data flows to allow for us to remedy a delay in another system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely get to know the CS team. They are super helpful and you will get the same people each time.

Great integrator from SFDC to NetSuite

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes syncing standard objects from Salesforce to NetSuite very straightforward. We have a ton of custom fields and objects in SFDC and we were able to successfully get all relevant information over to NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do seem to hit SOQL limits in Salesforce every so often due to the connector, but we also have a lot of automation and many third-party packages working in our instance simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting financial/opportunity information from Salesforce to NetSuite. We've been able to more accurately calculate and process ARR.

Magento 2 to Netsuite Connector implementation

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the support from Celigo staff in the 'Assisted Implementation', initially from Mannan, then from Kevin, has been excellent, and the shared 'minutes' document has been a wealth of good refresher information. The integrator.io connector itself is easy to use, even though there are quite a few 'hidden' processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The concept the the integrator.io connector transfers all website order information to Netsuite, EXCEPT the Payment, is odd, this requires an additional flow to be added.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use integration platform has helped our company significantly over the years, allowing us to quickly connect and share data between systems without complicating our work flow process. Probably the most helpful part for our company as being able to access and modify settings as needed per business case, plus the online support center is very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's honestly difficult to point out dislikes with Integrator.io, because it provides dependable connectivity between systems as intended and we have not experienced any downtime over many years of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing data transfer between multiple systems without a high amount of resource overhead - we are able to connect between systems and effectively manage those connections with very little company resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having business objectives and data organized greatly helps the speed of integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrator IO allows companies that have limited technical staff to integrate their business solutions with their business partners and vendors without a ton of custom programming. Most of the time using your existing ERP system this product can easily cover various types of solutions or integrations with already available options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how many flows you use, what size your business is or how you're using this product to develop revenue, the cost of the product may not align with your needs. It's not expensive for most, however, it's something that smaller companies need to maximize use for to make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various inventory feeds, EDI, and partner integrations that were once customized programs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it fits your budget then this product is a great source especially when the need to pull from Netsuite or another supported ERP system and transmit data to vendors, suppliers or customers.

Celigo Shopify to NetSuite SmartConnector helps reduce manual labor and input errors

What do you like best about the product?
Support and onboarding is top notch, five star. They are invested in helping you get the most out of your subscription. They offer many smartconnectors to fit your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Variable mapping could be improved, you have to write complicated syntax if you want to map variables into NetSuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to manually input orders from Shopify into NetSuite. This reduces manual labor and input errors.

What do you like best about the product?
I was tasked to implement the integration between our Netsuite system with our 3PL's WMS system. We implemented a total of three flows. Order entry, order fulfillment and billing. Working with the celigo tech team was a pleasure. They listened to our needs and worked swiftly on mapping the required fields. The process was not stressful at all. I also love the user interface. The visual's are very clear and straightforward. Scheduling flows was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often we have to go into the coding and check every line to identify the mapping that is causing the error. If Celigo can highlight the line in the coding that is causing the error, it would save a lot of time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We ship thousands of small parcels orders a week, and the Celigo fulfillment and billing flow are automating order fulfillment for us. Otherwise, we would have to spend hours and hours fulfilling each order manually in our system. Order entry to our 3PL's WMS system is a click of a button, which removes the need for multiple data entries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to understand the systems you want to implement first by manually doing the work. It will help when you are explaining your needs to the Celigo team and can make the process much easier and faster!

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was very straight forward and during the implementation we were able to become familiar enough with the platform to make changes without needing to go back to the Celigo to assist with small changes

So far there hasn't been any unexpected issues of note

Celigo allowed us to scale our sales cycle by automating the flow of information from our online platforms to our ERP.

Solid Integration Platform for Business

What do you like best about the product?
There were plenty of options for customization and field mappings. This was necessary for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to set up your integration is quite lengthy. It took us over 6 weeks to get everything set up. If you are looking for a self-serve solution, this is NOT it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrator.io allows us to automatically sync all of our Amazon and Walmart orders and customer data with our CRM platform. This helps us keep track of financials and order fulfillment in one central database for all of our selling platforms.

Excellent Solution for getting data out of NetSuite & sending marketing data feeds

What do you like best about the product?
It has always been a challenge to get data in and out of our ERP system NetSuite. Any time we came across a need to get data out we would have to engage a third party and go into months worth of development. Now that we have integrator.io getting data out of our ERP system is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the data flows themselves are typically setup by our IT group the end user of the data flow is typically a position on our marketing team. It would be nice if our marketers had an interface they could monitor to ensure their data flows are being delivered consistently and accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly and easily share data with our marketing vendors.
