What do you like best about the product?
The people are great. Our main contact Heather is always on top of our account. The engineers are good to work with as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had some more features, like a repricer. Having yo use a secondary repricer adds to our workload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They connect us to Amazon to Netsuite. This allowed us to add features which we did not have with our previous company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Celigo is great for our company and it's size. It gives us room to grow, but they treat us just like one of the big guys.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the control the Celigo Integrator IO platform has in terms of troubleshooting and delivers results quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about the platform. As a developer of course I am always looking for ways to streamline the process. User interface would be possible one way to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our eCommerce platform is solely dependent on the integration of Celigo's Integrator IO platform to communicate orders, customer information, etc. to our accounting platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
be patient using the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and speed in implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connector so far has fully met all our requirements. There is nothing to dislike at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating data with ADP and Salesforce. Speed in implementation and a lot of business logic can be handled in the connector vs having to write user event scripts.

What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo integration and support teams have been critically involved in all of our NetSuite integrations. In regards to NetSuite integrations, they are hands down some of the best prepped and informed people I've met.

We integrate with a number of third-party marketplaces as well as third-party shipping solutions, payment solutions, and other various enterprise-level applications. Celigo has helped ensure the integrations have little to no downtime and are working in tip-top shape!
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo's original connectors were a bit... cumbersome and outdated. They have since developed a new platform titled Integrator.io. Integrator.io is easy to use and can be customized to meet your specific company needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to reduce our time from order (on any of our marketplaces) to shipping from 4 days to a single day. This was a great achievement within our company and has helped us focus on what we should be focused on... GROWTH.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think. Just do. Celigo will NOT disappoint you if you need to integrate anything with NetSuite.

Straightforward Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo offers a high level of customization and control that makes managing your integration pretty easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface was not as clean or as easy to understand when getting set up. Support tickets would require a lot of back and forth to get a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have put in place an integration between Salesforce and NetSuite. We sync opportunities over to NetSuite Sales Orders for billing purposes. For a small organization, Celigo has helped streamline our closed opp to billing flow, this has been hugely beneficial for me. I used to have to manage customer billing manually, so being able to do it automatically has been crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend the product. It works well, it's easy to manage, and there's plenty of onboarding and support available.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is fantastic. Everyone is extremely quick and helpful to resolve issues. The product is also wonderful and runs incredibly well. We rarely have any issues. Would recommend to any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It has been great using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running inventory updates and price updates with ease. Also the ability to have kit/bundle inventory syncing by location is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a variety of connectors, we use more than 10 smart connectors already and I can't imagine what I would do a single day without them. The Integrator.io platform has everything in one place and fairly easy to use once setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, it takes a bit to setup and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from orders, inventory, customers, and etc. We are using all the flows to run our operations smoothly.

You won't regret it.

Easy to manage once you get up and running

What do you like best about the product?
The integration has a bit of a learning curve, but that's expected with how complex it is (SF and NetSuite). once you get it up and running, however, managing the integration and errors is pretty straightforward. They have support available which is nice, they've been a little tough to work with, but better than other support I've dealt with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never really like when something like support is offered, but not that great to work with. It seems like every ticket we open turns into a whole back and forth and there is a lot requested of us for the support to even look into an issue. We have had a ticket outstanding for months with no resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the integration between Salesforce and NetSuite. We're solving for our billing. We have seen massive benefits from integrating the two systems. We had a process ran by operations previously (startup company) but transitioned it over to our accounting department - clearing up a lot off of sales and ops.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible it is. The ability to run multiple flows at once is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
That being said, the user interface is somewhat hard to figure out. And sometimes the celigo flows break for no discernable reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sync our web store and WMS software, allowing orders to come in seamlessly.
