Greatest flexibility in reporting we've ever had
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to drill down into any report without having to have built out the template/infrastructure of the report beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides, implementation was fast. I guess the learning curve is quick but it gets a bit steeper if you want to learn every single feature offered. But at least the base features I use the most, those are self explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of time-to-live for our customers, as well as reducing the support needed to create custom reports for our customers.
