Great product and support!
What do you like best about the product?
- I really appreciate the excellent customer support provided by the ThoughtSpot team. They are responsive, efficient, and always ready to help. Specifically, I would like to call out great work on Ariana and Ashley's part. Their availability on Slack and quick resolution of issues have significantly contributed to our positive experience with ThoughtSpot. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.

- Some users have noted that there are limitations when it comes to supported visualizations and access controls. More flexibility in this area would be appreciated.

ThoughtSpot simplifies analytics for us, saving time and engineering effort.

Greatest flexibility in reporting we've ever had
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to drill down into any report without having to have built out the template/infrastructure of the report beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides, implementation was fast. I guess the learning curve is quick but it gets a bit steeper if you want to learn every single feature offered. But at least the base features I use the most, those are self explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of time-to-live for our customers, as well as reducing the support needed to create custom reports for our customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot is unmatched in enabling business users to access and analyze data they need
Extremely user-friendly analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most fundamental aspect is the ease of use of the platform. Unlike many other platforms, this one allows those who are less data-oriented to be able to quickly create and customize dashboards (or ‘liveboards’, as they are referred to in ThoughtSpot), enabling the usage of the platform more frequently. In this way, we are able to target a wider market and make it more convenient to sell our product by using ThoughtSpot instead of other platforms.
Further, we also want to thank ThoughtSpot for their assistance. Many people we communicate with are active and engaged on our questions, which allows focusing on specific persons in order to receive assistance.
On top of that, we could integrate ThoughtSpot into our platform without any problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that I do not like much about ThoughtSpot. It is that things that clearly are software bugs take too long to get resolved. We feel that bugs should be given top priority and at times wonder whether that is really the case at ThoughtSpot.

ThoughtSpot makes it possible to thrive entire organizations to work with data, not just by people who work in a data-driven way.

All my data visualization needs are met by ThoughtSpot allowing me to easily create excellent dashboards and visual reports.

No show stoppers here, it handles well whether I want reporting or data processing.

It helps me a lot to make dashboards and visualizations that support the company's decision-making regading changing strategy in the event of sales or demand drops.

Natural language search bar, semantic layer, ease of dev.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customizability with legend values, colors, and ordering. Occasional bugginess. Inability to update int data type to varchar in TML. Needs a better integration with dbt and dbt semantic layer. Needs a better integration with github to version control dash tml
