Very simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other BI tools, it's simple to use and easy to get people engaged. The interface is not overwhelming with buttons or settings. This is the biggest advantage of ThoughtSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's biggest strength can sometimes be a drawback: when it comes to advanced data analytics and some really complicated formulas, other BI systems seem to be more friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to look for insights, create a dashboard and share it with other users. The way the product is built (search, saved answers, saved dashboards) makes the workflow really easy to understand. Also it's not easy to "break" a dashboard by other users, once it's created.
Its has been great, always learning something new, the search feature is awesome

The search feature and the ability to create/change between several visual options
What do you dislike about the product?
I was the App was more robust, the will enable me to get my updates will on the go. Hard to check laptop while moving.

Visualization of our data, its also giving the ability to generate several metrics easily

Lack of customization on graphs/visuals. Can become a little rigid within each graph type.

A More Accessible Alternative to SQL
What do you like best about the product?
ThoughtSpot allows people that aren't familiar with SQL to perform most of the same functions in a more accessible platform. Custom ThoughSpot boards are very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commands and functions take time to learn when creating ThoughtSpot boards. Additionally, there are still some bugs and glitches that I notice from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ThoughtSpot's custom dashboards allow us to share data and visualizations with our colleagues. Furthermore, having a dedicated data team create dashboards saves analysts a lot of time.
Excellent tool for data analysis and deep insights for any business
What do you like best about the product?
It becomes a game changer for our business as it provides deep insights quickly to the next level. Easy to use and setup, just in single click one can generate the query and get results accordingly. It helps to remove the discrepancy in data and identify the sensitive data, data classification and much more.

Less flexibility with markup language, need to add more enhanced search filters to get more insights with data visualization

It greatly helps in data visualization,query performance optimiser, handle transaction-level data for datasets. Even the ability to integrate BI with AI does fantastic work

A comprehensive platform to manage the integration and analysis of data from multiple sources
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how ThoughtSpot collects data from different sources, as well as the great ability to combine it; I like how the reports and dashboards are generated based on ThoughtSpot's comprehensive score screening and analytics, giving us valuable and useful pointers to improve our strategies. It's great that we can also link our pages on social networking sites to collect data that clearly expresses all the positive and negative aspects that we should focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is rather steep, but after acquiring the required knowledge, the analytics and tagging of the pages goes smoothly.

In the world of artificial intelligence, data is of great importance, and ThoughtSpot has helped us collect the required data and conduct comprehensive analyzes that enabled us to achieve better results.
