Seamless Device Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Esper for organizing over 100 devices by groups, which is very helpful. The device blueprints with preset configurations are quite nice and simplify setups. I also appreciate the Managed Configurations as they let us authenticate devices remotely without needing staff credentials. Additionally, the API integration allowing us to have health checks on our own panel is really beneficial. The initial setup of Esper was easy enough, and their support and sales team is fantastic, which adds to the positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
WiFi credentials for enterprise networks do not work out of the bat. Preset WiFi credentials for the devices are great, but we can't make them work for enterprise networks. We have to provide the devices and have someone on the field at our clients' installation to set their WiFi network, or sometimes use hotspots to provision the devices initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Esper for app deployment directly to our own mobile devices, managing over 100 devices by groups, and pre-setting configurations with blueprints. It lets us provision new devices with our app without going through app stores and manage devices remotely.
Effortless Device Management with Esper
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Esper and how easy it is to update the blueprint and do app updates. With other MDMs, it was really painful to go in and do app updates or changes to settings, and it wasn't really clear how that worked. Esper makes it really easy to just go update the blueprint really quickly and then do a converge. The initial setup was pretty easy. I didn't have any difficulties with it. It was easy to learn and get on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some of it's a little cumbersome, and it's not clear what some of the terms mean. The word 'converge' is kind of a funny term and that's caused some confusion within our company and with our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper keeps all our devices in sync with specified settings and apps. It simplifies app updates on Android and allows our support teams to remote control devices, which is really helpful.

A Powerful Device Management Solution with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Esper is how intuitive and powerful the platform is. It makes managing and updating a large fleet of devices straightforward and efficient, even for a small team. I especially appreciate the level of control it provides — from deploying apps and pushing updates to remotely troubleshooting issues in real time. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, and their support team is always responsive and knowledgeable. It’s helped us streamline operations and improve the user experience for everyone relying on our devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate Esper overall, one thing I dislike is that some advanced features can feel a bit complex to set up initially, especially for teams without dedicated IT support. The learning curve for certain functions — like setting up custom policies or advanced remote commands — can be a little steep. Also, occasional delays or glitches during large-scale updates can disrupt workflows. However, once you get familiar with the platform, these challenges become much more manageable, and the support team is always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Esper helps us solve the challenge of managing a large fleet of devices spread across different locations. Before using Esper, it was time-consuming and difficult to update apps, push security policies, or troubleshoot devices remotely. Now, we can quickly deploy updates, lock devices into kiosk mode, monitor performance in real time, and resolve issues without needing to physically access each device. This has saved us significant time and operational costs, improved security, and ensured a smoother experience for our end users."
Esper review
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Esper is its proactive and collaborative work culture. The team is incredibly supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on continuous learning and problem-solving. The leadership is approachable and encourages innovation, which makes it a great environment to grow both personally and professionally. Additionally, the company’s focus on customer success and delivering high-quality solutions truly sets it apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s nothing specific I can point to as a dislike. My experience so far has been positive, and I truly appreciate the supportive environment and opportunities for growth. If any challenges arise, they’re usually addressed promptly, which speaks volumes about the company culture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper is helping streamline the management of Samsung tablets and A1 terminals by providing a centralized platform to access devices remotely, push software updates, and maintain device performance. This reduces the time and effort needed for manual updates and troubleshooting, ensuring that devices stay secure, up-to-date, and fully functional — ultimately improving operational efficiency and user experience.
Reliable Device Management Platform with Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
Esper makes managing a large fleet of devices effortless with its clean UI and powerful remote access tools. We especially appreciate the ability to push updates, run commands, and troubleshoot devices without needing physical access. Their customer support is responsive and helpful, and the platform itself is very stable. The dashboard gives great visibility into device health and status, which helps in proactive troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is strong, we’ve noticed occasional sync delays when deploying new configurations across multiple devices. Also, a more detailed activity log for each device would be useful in tracking changes or failures. Apart from that, the experience has been smooth overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper helps us manage and support hundreds of Android devices remotely, which solves the challenge of physical troubleshooting and manual updates. It allows our support team to quickly access, diagnose, and fix issues without needing on-site visits. This has significantly reduced downtime, improved our response time, and lowered operational costs.
Makes managing multiple devices surprisingly easy and stress-free
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a way to simplify device management across a growing fleet, and Esper really stood out. It was surprisingly easy to deploy devices remotely, even for non-technical team members. I really like how clean and intuitive the dashboard is — everything from configuring settings to pushing updates feels straightforward. Being able to monitor device health and send updates remotely has saved us a lot of time and reduced headaches. It also integrates nicely with the tools we were already using, which made adoption quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, I’d say that the first setup took a little longer than expected because there are a lot of customization options. It’s not difficult, but it does require some patience to really fine-tune policies to your needs. Also, I wish there were a few more advanced reporting features out of the box, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, small things compared to the time savings we gained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper helped us streamline the management of a growing fleet of Android devices across multiple locations. Before, updates and troubleshooting were a nightmare and required manual work. Now we can push updates remotely, monitor device health in real time, and ensure everything stays compliant with our company policies. It’s saved us a ton of time and made device management way less stressful for our team.

The tool enables users to handle corporate devices from a distance with no technical problems while keeping devices up-to-date and secure and operating without complications. The platform features tracking mechanisms which allow both device efficiency monitoring and prevention of emerging problems.
