Best modern MDM platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the web interface and how easy it is use. Everything just works and I don't have to think about managming my fleet of devices. We use seemless provisoning for even less of a headache. We can ship the device direcetly to a customer without ever having to open the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom roles can be hard to navigate at times, but with enough trial and error you will get the desired result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With seemelss provisoning it is easier than ever for a customer to get up and running. They turn on the device, it gets all the latest version of our enterprise apps and they are ready to go within minutes. Our logistics team loves it because they no longer have to open the box if there is an app update.

Everything with Esper is just super easy
What do you like best about the product?
Everything with Esper is just super easy, from setting up to deploying. That is what I like about this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have none so far on my current experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote deployment of app or document to an android device

What do you like best about the product?
I think their support has been top notch, and their backend has been pretty straight foward. I went through probably 15 different companies and they by far had the best back end and support. Hope to have a long relationship with this company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really so far. Theres a few things they were missing in the back end but theres always a way to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing me to control the data usuage and track phones for our clients
Esper has been a game changer for our device management! Easy to use, scalable and secure.

Ease of use , Scalaibilty , Security , Support .

Limited customization options , Occcasional connectivity issues .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper is solving complexity in device management, security risks, scalability issues, and time-consuming troubleshooting. It has benefited me by improving my efficiency, as it automates most tasks and increases my productivity. It has streamlined processes and enables administrators to manage devices more quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of working.

What do you dislike about the product?
We should have the option to delete queued commands. I have seen like 15-20 commands are in queue due to which the deployment gets delayed. Neither we can delete those commands nor push a fresh one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now everything seems OK except the queued commands stucking problem.

remote access requires data saver mode

un restricted remote access is key -
Great software to manage over groups of devices
What do you like best about the product?
I do like how you can validate all the hardware information, including networking on the device. The remote connection ability works very well. We have even used it to locate a device that fell on the ramp of the highway buy seeing the closest location, then being able to activate and view the camera to see its position!
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing apps that update automatically from Google Play is a pain to do. I just deploy apps manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all devices and seeing that operatators are using them as they should.

The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and has streamlined our device management processes. Even when issues have arisen, the Esper team has been incredibly responsive, resolving concerns quickly and efficiently.

Occasional Bugs: Like any platform, occasional minor glitches or updates may temporarily disrupt functionality, but the team is quick to address these

1) A few bugs in the portal. IE. Main map doesn't show all devices and their locations correctly
