What do you like best about the product?
We are using this product from last 3 yrs and has has good features for managing Templates adding device and controling devices
What do you dislike about the product?
this website not support for mobile view we have to view in desktop mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This help us for more adding device and managing apps installation or deletion made easy for us remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very friendly and easy to use we can add all device in sigle template and manage diffrent groups adding them in sigle groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very frindly we are nothing to say about dislike user friendly MDM

We are adding our HHD and Mobile , tablets in single groups for ading and installing apk in sigle click

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and group management makes it easy to get a quick overview of our devices.
Site wide reboots with one button.
Updates can be pushed with minimal down time on the customer. (We are in security so that is a big deal for us)
Remote view and control features make it easy to support customers using our devices.
The reporting graphs are very useful for determinng the cause of issues or even preventing issues in the first place.
The survey requests I mention ease of use, for a technician or anyone with a bit of IT knowledge its very easy to use.
The platform as a whole is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a reporting archive of some sort, I simply might not have seen it, but i would like the ability to pull a report on each device to see how it has performed and how the user handled the device over a period of about a month or more.
We have had some of our devices behave strangley , brightness and volume settings change for example without the user making the changes (the settings are locked out of the users reach)
Accessibilty settings are still accessable even when the device is locked out, I understand this is a feature built into the android API but I would like a means of preventing accidental activation of settings like the Narrator funtion for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device monitoring.
Application update release management.
Strict User access control.
Easy of support to customer.
Faster turn around times with on site issues.

It has most friendly Feature and adding in device creating emplate and rulse are very friendly interfaces

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of the product, easy enrollment of devices, custom services in implementing custom made AOSP implementation. Fast response from support.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there is nothing to dislike as the product has great support for many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our specific case it suites AOSP devices very good with auto provisioning of no screen android devices.

I had a positive experience using Esper. We reguraly use Esper for the remote purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall perfomance was good. Did not face any difficulty using this application.

We can take the remote access of the Kiosk on esper, we can change the software of the device.

What do you like best about the product?
Esper has the user friendly interface which help me to work with it easily as i work in an organisation who supoort the cause for chidhood cancer by helpng them financially and mentally we gave them Tabs for their studies and we manage those tabs by esper and its really the best
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont think there is any think since i started using esper i find it helpful user friendly enviornment and easy to use and unederstand

Well as i mentioned we provide Tabs to students affected by cancer and esper make easy to manage those tabs if student encounter any problems we resolve it with esper its user frindly interface helps me to resolve those issues with ease and the best part is when we need to reset the device esper is best
