What do you like best about the product?
App UI/UX, Simplicity and information communication.

Version controlling for an existing app for user testing environment.

All the features, Easy interface and best customer support.

Sometimes glitches in app update frustrates but otherwise all good.

We ship our own hardware and software to our customers and Esper helps manage app updates, configuration etc.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do pretty much anything you need with Android devices. Really easy to use, you don't even need to read the manual to work at intermediate levels.
From my experience it is perfect for configuring and controlling school devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no serious problem, maybe some temporary connection failure with the remote viewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk device configuration, application distribution, remote control of devices.
Great Mobile Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the groups function and visibility of names, serial numbers and location of all of the devices. It is helpful to have everything listed about the device for clarity and communicating with other about which one you are referring to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipelines are probably the least helpful in the Esper software. If a device loses wifi connection even for a little bit, it can disrupt the push setting out to the device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper is helping me with the ability to have android devices in Kiosk mode while still allowing certain apps to be accessed by the user. It is also helping me with remote device management, like wifi settings and history logs.

so far, I do not dislike anything about Esper.

It helps us view tablets remotely when diagnosing issues

Sometime not 100% intuitive. But they improve frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive console to manage Android devices at an affordable cost. We completed the rollout of devices for our employees to use within a week, keeping the project on time and within budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use this product to control a specific device application set for our service staff. We can give our team the flexibility needed to operate their system while providing the required controls to monitor applications and pinpoint the location of the devices when needed.

Control internal appliations and provide device security for internal team members interacting with a guest service solution.

The three main points I like about the product are ease of enrollment for devices. The ability to get information from endpoints, such as their OS version, distributing apps. Can target specific users/groups

Our organization only needed a few features Esper offered. No dislikes,

The Esper software is able to change links/shortcuts on many devices at the same time to keep things consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple and intuitive to work with. It has the essential features for a good Android MDM operation, and we can quickly control several devices. The support is excellent, and very comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike, because in my case the platform has everything I need, simply 5 stars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of configuring Android devices is impressive. Instead of spending 30 minutes on each device, I can now have the device ready for a new user in just 5 minutes. When there is a configuration change to make, instead of doing it one by one, I can do them all simultaneously. This is a great time optimization, I even have time to go for a swim at the beach, hehehe."
