What do you like best about the product?
Easy to take remote and one can hanlde very easily.

Not as such. Everything is working fine.

Best Software to Manage devices

What do you like best about the product?
Esper has the user friendly interface which help me to work with it easily as i work in an organisation who supoort the cause for chidhood cancer by helpng them financially and mentally we gave them Tabs for their studies and we manage those tabs by esper and its really the best
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont think there is any think since i started using esper i find it helpful user friendly enviornment and easy to use and unederstand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well as i mentioned we provide Tabs to students affected by cancer and esper make easy to manage those tabs if student encounter any problems we resolve it with esper its user frindly interface helps me to resolve those issues with ease and the best part is when we need to reset the device esper is best

We are using to controlle HHD device its good to take remote and adding in device easly

Nothing to dislike good product easy to use and user friendly

Its easy to find the device and take remote and installaing the apk in sigle shot

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient and easy to use, I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be slow and sluggish at times but I guess that depends on the wifi speed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to provide support to different accounts remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to deploy the OS to phones without many touches. Administering each phone via web browser is really great. Different blueprint builds is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
File transferring to current versions of Android OS. There should be some way to get around the security imposed on system folders for Android. We cannot transfer files that esper puts on the device if its in the secured android folders. this is more an android issue, but i would think Esper would find a way to deal with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see, track and document where our phones are, how many we have and how many are acutally being used.

What do you like best about the product?
It works for most devices. It comes with an adequate support. It has many features that are helpful in monitoring all your devices and keeping them updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few improvements are required in Remote viewing and analytics part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to install apps across all devices with very less effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Esper allows a common MDM across a number of different hardware manufacturers. but only android.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM functionality is not consistent across different manufacturers.
company promised something in the sales process that didn't deliver afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to provide support across different manufacturers like HP and Lenovo

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, very easy to onboard a device as well. Our support team does use the platform regularly with no pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we were told we would be able to remotely access devices in real time with visual of what is on the device, this is not the case. The payment structure is what will drive us away, it's absurd for us to pay for tons of devices in advance, other MDM's allow us to purchase licenses in small batches or as we go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to work with different devices with Android OS, ease of implementation and boarding a device.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Esper is great and is easy to navigate between the different tabs. There are usually no connection issues or errors when utilizing the RMS tool. Using Esper and about 6 other RMS tools, Esper rates high in comparison to the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only suggestion I have about the product is the navigation in the sub-tabs. That is, after clocking into a tab, it is not clear how to navigate back and forth within this certain tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of not being able to physically troubleshoot sofrware issues that are ocurring at clients' location across the country. It makes it easy to have eyes into the product at all times.
