    Cheq Delivers Cleaner Data and Better Lead Quality

    What do you like best about the product?
    Cheq has been really helpful for filtering out bot traffic and other invalid visits that can skew reporting. It's easy to see where bad traffic is coming from, and having cleaner data gives us more confidence in our marketing decisions. Another benefit is the ability to identify suspicious or malicious email addresses and phone numbers, which helps improve lead quality and keeps questionable data out of our systems.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It takes a little time to learn how to interpret all of the data and make the most of the platform's features. Other than that, the experience has been positive overall.

    It gives us the ability to tag suspicious and malicious data, especially in email and phone numbers

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that our campaigns are actively being refined to filter out junk leads, so those leads don’t show up for our clients and raise red flags. It helps performance, and it also improves team efficiency.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There's not anything I can say about disliking Cheq.

    Cheq Keeps Our Ad Spend Protected with Powerful Human Fraud and Bot Filtering

    What do you like best about the product?
    As a large advertiser Cheq has become integral to keeping the bad actors from hammering our ads on the interwebs. Cheq's platform has done a great job of filtering out pesky bots that cause click fraud. These bots incure unwanted and wasteful costs, as well as muddy up the backend data. In addition Cheq acquired a product that detects human fraud. After a spate of international human fraud on our ads Cheq stepped in and cleaned that up as well. To summarize Cheq has a wide array of tools that give our organization confidence our ad spend is being spent on our target audience.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The tech works really well and the support is the best in the business. I would only nit pick that the user interface is a bit clunky and hard to interpret without guidance from support.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Cheq eliminates advertising waste and churn on the backend.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Main benefit for us is the gain in ad spend efficiency. CHEQ helps protect our PPC accounts from invalid and malicious traffic, which keeps traffic quality high and budgets under control. The insights are very useful for understanding where spend is wasted and for making better allocation decisions. Support is also very strong: always responsive, proactive, and helpful during setup and ongoing check‑ins.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not many downsides, but some team members find the platform a bit difficult to navigate. The UI is not always very intuitive, which can make it harder to use without prior experience. Improving the overall user friendliness would help with wider adoption across the team. That said, the product is constantly improving, so this is becoming less of an issue.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The ROI we get from using CHEQ is very good. The product helps us save money and provides meaningful insights to our paid campaigns activity.
    The level of service is BY FAR one of the best I saw. Always responsive and proactive. You always get the support you need and fast.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Overall not many downsides but if I had to pick one it is probably the UI, which is a bit old and can be at times a little bit unfriendly.
    They are constantly working on improving it so I am certain that will not be an issue soon.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Helps us detect and block bot traffic from seeing and clicking our ads which translates to significant amount of money we are able to save.
    It provides insights on traffic type and helps us maintain a cleaner website and data reporting. This is a must for anyone running paid campaigns at scale in times where bots are simply EVERYWHERE.
    CHEQ detection mechanism is truly amazing with a level of detail I had never seen before.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use CHEQ primarily to protect our PPC ad accounts against malicious traffic and it keeps our ad accounts healthy with quality traffic. The platform is really intuitive and continuously improves, providing valuable insights and a high level of detail that help with budget allocation decisions. Besides the platform, I like the excellent support, including quarterly check-ins to discuss results and learn about new developments. Despite the initial setup taking some time, the support was great/
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The platform provides excellent data, but i think the user experience would be even better if there were more visual reporting options available (such as graphs/charts). Bringing the reports tab functionalities (filters) more together with the dashboard would also be great.

    I use CHEQ to protect our PPC ad accounts from malicious traffic, ensuring the health of our ad accounts by allowing only quality traffic. This protection enhances our investment security beyond what Google’s filtering achieves.

    Must-have layer for any performance marketing team running at scale

    What do you like best about the product?
    CHEQ gives us genuine confidence that our paid media budget is working as hard as possible. Having protection across Google Search, Meta, Display, YouTube, TikTok, and more from a single platform means we're not dealing with fragmented solutions for each channel.

    What we appreciate most is the transparency. Rather than a black-box blocking tool, CHEQ shows us exactly what threat types are active and which channels are most exposed. That intelligence informs how we manage campaigns, not just how we block traffic.

    The customer success team is also proactive, with regular reviews that surface meaningful insights. It genuinely feels like a partnership rather than just a software subscription.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A meaningful portion of our traffic and campaigns runs through the app, so having full coverage there is important. For now, we’ve had to track that separately via our MMP, since CHEQ still doesn’t provide a Mobile SDK.

    As AI continues to advance, the reporting capabilities feel like they’re still catching up to what we need. At the moment, it isn’t possible to build and download ready-to-share custom views or segment the data for different stakeholders without putting in a fair amount of manual work.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Invalid traffic is a silent budget drain, and it’s easy to underestimate. CHEQ first solved our visibility problem by giving us a clear view of how much of our paid traffic, across every channel, wasn’t coming from real, in-market users. Then it addressed the action problem by automatically blocking those users before they could consume spend.

    In one case, we not only identified a programmatic channel with a high invalid rate but also worked collaboratively with our CHEQ Account Manager and the programmatic manager to pinpoint the SSPs and placements contributing to the issue, and then isolated them from our campaigns, taking the IVR from 15% to less than 3%.

    It’s also changed how we think about performance reporting. We now have more confidence that our metrics reflect real user behaviour, which makes optimisation decisions cleaner and more reliable.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like that it gives me more confidence in our ad spend. It was always a worry that a chunk of our budget was just going to bots or fake clicks on our paid campaigns. Having this running in the background to block that invalid traffic means our money is actually going toward real people. It makes our reporting look a lot cleaner too because the data isn't skewed by non-human traffic.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the documentation feels a little outdated. CHEQ seems to update their platform fairly often, which is great, but the screenshots and instructions in the help center don't always keep up. It can make it a little confusing when you're trying to troubleshoot something yourself without having to reach out to support.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The biggest thing for us was just how much noise we had in our data. We were seeing tons of clicks and form fills that were clearly bots, which made it hard to tell what was actually working. CHEQ basically acts as a filter to keep that junk out of our funnel. It has cleaned up our analytics and paid campaign data so much that we can finally trust the numbers we're looking at. Plus, it connects with our other tools so that extra context is available wherever we need it.
