CHEQ is super easy to set up and their team provides great support!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CHEQ is how easy it was to set up. Our account rep was super professional and knew her stuff and walked us through everything super fast and easy. In addition to the easy setup, their dashboard is pretty cool too. It easily shows how the product is working and is a great way to visualize what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to say because I haven't used every single part of the product, but maybe one thing would be if it could detect/block bad clicks without having the fraudulent clicks come to the website one time that would be cool. It makes sense why that has to happen because they have to detect bad clicks so maybe this isn't possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CHEQ blocks fraudulent and back traffic from clicking on our ads which is awesome because if bots are going to click on our ads, that is obviously costing us money because they won't convert so if we save money that way we can scale and use that money on good traffic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are running a website that gets a large amount of traffic (either organic or paid) I would definitely consider getting CHEQ.

What do you like best about the product?
Cheq is the best tool at reducing wasted ad spend due to fraud on Google Ads. Also, the sales/support team is very helpful in the areas that matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda tricky to get exact measurement of the software's ROI, but through careful planning you can obtain a solid signal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cheq solves two problems for us on our paid search (SEM) campaigns. 1) It reduces wasted ad spend due to fraudulent ad traffic. And 2) it reduces wasted ad spend due to inefficient ad traffic (i.e. we use it for frequency capping which is hard to do on Google Ads' search campaigns).
This benefits us by significantly improving ad efficiency (even after including the cost of the software).

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Cheq Paradome my business was being targetting for fraud on both Adwords and Bing. Since starting with them this has stopped and my CPA is down alot. Also, the team are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It is by far the best fraud prevention I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud on both my adwords and bing accounts. It has saved us a lot lf money and also got our CPA down. It's also nice to not have to worry about these things!

Go for it. You wont regret it!

the implementation was pretty fast, the dashboard is easy to navigate and understand, and the report section is handy.

we had some problems with the implementation (on Linkedin) and sometimes there were bugs (not very often).

CHEQ helps us block invalid traffic from our main advertising channels (Facebook, Google, Linkedin, Twitter, and more) to save money and better understand our data and bring quality traffic to our funnel.

Cheq is saving us money and helping combat IVT
What do you like best about the product?
Cheq's platform allows us to fight against IVT without taking time away from our clients. The system identifies and blocks IP addresses and creates a second layer of protection by creating an audience list that we can exclude from campaigns. With their robust reporting system, we can make critical decisions and changes to enhance our performance and save advertising dollars. Overall, we are seeing healthier campaigns and more accurate data as we remove unwanted traffic from our paid advertising efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the support team can run reports, I would like the option to have access to the IP addresses that are blocked. Also, the platform reports do take a little more time to process and download.

The main problem we are solving is blocking invalid traffic and wasting advertising funds on "fake" clicks.

We officially started working with CHEQ in January 2022 but the contract was closed two months before. They did not hesitate to start working, the service, the dedication.
Even after all the implementations were done and we started working we always felt we had someone to turn to that and we get added value beyond "just blocking bots and click fraud".
in addition, we were ROI positive from day one and after 5 months we see a decrease every month.
the insights have always been elevated and give added value. Tiffany the Customer Success Manager always asked questions and showed strategic thinking and exceptional service skills.

There was nothing during the sales process, onboarding, and day-to-day work that was not excellent.

We had a very high percentage of competitors running on our search terms and we were looking for a solution to block click fraud and boots.

Unable to easily update my username after I forgot it. I have to reach out to the CHEQ team for support. Making this process easier would be super convenient.

Through the blocking of invalid traffic, we are making decisions based on more accurate metrics.
