Great fraud protection platform
What do you like best about the product?
Real time click fraud and spam blocker protection. Great for if you do alot of paid campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads/Display/Bing. It also monitors organic fraudulent traffic as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the package you purchase, there is a heavy lift with IT for implementation. However, if you are just looking at the basic PPC, it does its job well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: we advertise and invested heavily on Google Ads PPC and Display for our marketing campaigns. We need to ensure all the clicks we're paying for a legitimate. We realized by implementing CHEQ, we have saved a significant amount of spend and takes the guess work out of whether or not the clicks were valid or not.

A Must Have if you don't want Click fraud - This Should be Part of Google's Technology
What do you like best about the product?
Click gives us the upper hand against click fraud, click farms and all the nasty web traffic that exists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation seemed like it was going to be straight-forward, but like all good things, it needs to be massaged and tended to work correctly. We had some issues that, once worked out, have given our marketing team and sales teams with quality leads and less click fraud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now looking to utilize Cheq along with Google's Advanced lead attribution, which is taking some additional work. We still see bad traffic, but we are able to mitigate it and send it to an alternate thank you page in which our Google Adverts are not optimizing toward or seeing those as a valid lead form conversion.

CHEQ Paradome is a very effective click fraud protection platform. CHEQ Paradome is one of the most effective click fraud protection solutions on the market.
The customer service team is amazing. They're responding very quickly and they're always available to answer all your questions. They also provide great support to understand your results and optimize your account.
The platform offers several layers of protection and can be used in any type of vertical. The back office is user-friendly and results are easy to understand.
The flexibility of the platform. The CHEQ Paradome team will adjust the level of security based on your data and your goals.
You can access and export all your data easily if you want to go very deep in your traffic analysis (but the reports should be enough for most of the users)

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing serious to be disliked. The implementation process required technical skills, especially for the PPC platforms. But it's the same for all the click fraud protection platforms.
They could offer a white version of the back-office for those who don't like to dark theme.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem that is solving CHEQ Paradome is to avoid wasting money on fraudulent clicks on PPC platforms. By saving money, I'm able to get more conversions from my PPC budget. As an average, I'm saving 15% of my PPC budget in all the PPC accounts where I implemented PPC Paradome.

If you're working as an agency, it's best to have a clear understanding of the solution, how you'll implement it, and exactly what the ROI will be for your client.

What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like is you got a real person dedicated o you and your business, so when problems arise (like new ways of creating click frauds), they sit with you (online) and understand the situation to provide a solution - in my case a unique solution suited to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing wrong to say - I feel guilty for saying it (like I must find bad things).
From my point of view, I have problem X, and they provided a solution. Later I had another problem Y, and they found a solution, so in my case 100% satisfied.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem is bad actors in the paid search industry - companies who want an advantage by cheating and manipulating Google and Microsoft (or, more precisely, Google Ads and Bing).

If you are familiar with click frauds and click frauds protection tools, and you tried a solution or two, and they couldn't provide complete solutions, then I highly recommend trying CHEQ.
For every dollar they cost, they save me 1000 Dollars (in my case, Pounds).

Best protection for your PPC traffic
What do you like best about the product?
I like that CHEQ solution is always learning using AI, and utilising the informations that CHEQ database have from all the different accounts they have in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Untill now I haven't found something that I dislike. I always find insightfull all the meeting that the CHEQ team have with us, letting us now all the new technologies that they are working on and all the traffic that they have blocked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Imediately we've discovered that even if we have selected only one country in Google and FB, we always end up with traffic from other countries making us lose a lot of money, because we only deliver in RO. This issue now is sloved with CHEQ and saving us a lot of money.

CHEQ is saving a lot of money - A LOT
What do you like best about the product?
I am in a line of business where the competition is fierce, therefore bad players have their way (my company provides services like locksmiths, plumbers, etc. in all major cities in the UK).
Abusing Adwords (Google Ads) became a significant factor in my industry, and in many days we were losing thousands of pounds on a daily basis (not an exaggeration).
Since we started protecting all our domains and accounts with CHEQ there is a dramatic change, and even when a bad player finds a new way to scam Google Search (and my advertising budgets), it takes CHEQ and their dedicated team and software a few days to stop it (there will always be new ways so CHEQ will have to be always ready with new solutions).

Not much to dislike, realy. We are in a line of business where there are always new ways to scam, and for the time being, CHEQ managed to find a solution for us.

The problem is that advertising in Google Search in a competitive business like ours can be very, very expensive. For example, one click on an ad in London can cost me 30 Pounds (just for the click), so if a bad player comes with a fraudulent technology that bypasses Google's protections and fake click my ads hundreds of times a day, you can calculate how much it cost me...
Using CHEQ helped me fight back against most forms of fraudulent attacks, and each time a new form of click fraud arises, they help me mitigate it fast (usually a video meeting to explain and a few days after they got a solution).

I can only speak regarding my industry - if you advertise services like locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, and other field services and you get frauds in Google Ads or in Bing, I highly recommend using CHEQ.

Easy Bot Blocker and Great Team to Work With
What do you like best about the product?
From the start of the trial, Cheq immediately showed positive ROI. We always knew we had plenty of bots hitting our website, filling out forms, etc, but until we purchased Cheq, we had no idea the extent of the problem. Cheq immediately showed us our invalid traffic rate and where the most fraudulent traffic was coming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I would love to see Cheq do is to pass a hidden attribute to our Marketing Automation Platform for any form submits it deems as fraudulent. Cheq does a great job preventing future ad clicks, but it would be great to identify which form fills got through as fraudulent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we're solving is bots clicking our paid media & display ads and filling out forms on our website. As a cyber security company, we are always a target for bots so Cheq has helped us identify and prevent bots from clicking our ads. In the first year of using Cheq, we've seen 33% improvement in Invalid Click Rate and over 5x ROI for replaced clicks.
