What do you like best about the product?
Easy to write queries (syntax's easy to understand). Learning curve is good

Performance, sometimes queries are too slow

What do you like best about the product?
Sumo logic is a best troubleshooting tool i have found ever. we can customised our query to fetch logs in each and every aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i found to dislike till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To solve production defects we used to see the logs.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to look at a timeline of actions across different servers. Being able to build dashboards that give us insight into customer patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Barrier for entry sometimes is high. Takes time to be able to build interesting queries and with so many filters things can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep monitors of errors via dashboards. Provide a timeline of the life a session for Support to diagnose issues with our system.

Lots of useful features for building automated reports and monitoring.

Syntax took a bit (though not much) getting used to. Uploading one-off datasets is more obtuse than it needs to be.

no HTML injection cant link other panels or boards from other tool to my sumo dash

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to find the log data that I am looking for. And it is also very easy to create dashboard for monitoring and data analytics purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the queries for older data takes quite long to return.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Log management for many microservices. The benefit is to have one place to search for all the log information of all microservices.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a computer science background and my engineering team took a chance on me coming from Customer Support. Sumo was the primary environment that helped give me a better understanding of how our platform works. The logs are relatively easy to read once I learned our codebase. They're also great to reference when troubleshooting through bugs or errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that many negative things about it, to be honest. It's a platform that helps keep logs of our actions/events in our platform. As a Support Engineer, that helps me troubleshoot the root cause of bugs and basically do my job more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a source of truth in terms of logs that our team can rely on for tackling technical platform or integration issues.
