What do you like best about the product?
I liked the platform which is user friendly. The AI capability and integration. Quick reaponsiveness accross multiple mediums. It is undoubtedly matchless to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create custom conversational AI bots faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with customers through the chat bots using IBM/Bluemix account.

Best Natural Language Enabled Chatbot

What do you like best about the product?
It can be very easily implemented. Watson has access to the richest data lakes. It has great natural language enablement. Watson can also tap into its speech to text and text to speech tools. This is future of machine learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes not understand difficult accents, and go into a repetitive mode. It can be a tad bit costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for small businesses. It can automate customer care feature to a very large extent.

What do you like best about the product?
Watson makes developing chatbots and meaningful agent applications really easy for any device, even for ton-technical people. I loved working with IBM watson!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Or maybe just that it's not completely free to be used like most useful products lol but it's totally worth the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM helped me develop awesome and very meaningful chatbot applications. I didn't need to learn machine learning to train my bots. I was able to integrate all sorts of APIs to create wonderful agent applications for any domain.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intelligence that this tool posesses and the functionalities that it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it can be a steep learning curve for initial users but once that is achieved, this tool is a godsent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had issues with training bots with various other tools available in the market and after direct hands-on comparison, I can safely say that IBM Watson Assistant is the best among them

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of my peers have asked me about chat bots and IBM Watson does that the best. It is simple, easy to use and super accurate. Something you would expect from a chat bot.

It helps beginners to build innovative solutions with ease.

The user interface is easy to understand and has a decent amount of pre-made examples.

It is very easy to deploy and integrate into your websites for your projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not so good.

It might not help you in handling a huge amount of unstructured data.

Fewer integrations from third-party resources.

It is helping to provide easy and understandable features to help us integrate and deploy with ease.

A good number of existing examples will give an idea of creating your own set of functions.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly nature to create bot and intent mapping and training.
Easy to create bot even with zero code.
Best platform for beginners to learn about chatbot and voice bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much comments on dislikes. It explains everything very easily. Beginners can use this platform with any basic knowledge, this platform giving best way to giving basic knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used to create my first bot in IBM Watson assistant. I learned every basics knowledge about bot from IBM. Its gives best place to give knowledge about chatbots.

What do you like best about the product?
You do not require technical background in programming to create a smart chatbot system. This is especially useful for smaller organisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not one that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this as an assistant for new employees to get to know the department better. For example, when new employees are in doubt of how to use the company's software and systems, they can ask the virtual assistant instead of asking their colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent and entity definition, classifications patterns.

Conversation tree. It has multiple options other than text.

IBM Cloud function integrations will help to trigger API from the conversation tree it self.

It has free packages with a lite version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many code samples help learn Watson assistant. However, documentation is not so good when we compare it with AWS. It is taking more time to load it and constantly changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the portal design of ibm Watson assistant where we design the responses and build the bot
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have feature to move the nodes from one skill to other. Need to rebuild it again in the skill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Actions come into picture it's pretty helpful in building flows and maintaining context variables
