What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to implement with less code required. Training the data also comes very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. More sdk options should be given in order to design chatbots on a larger scale and at convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to use Machine learning model without developing them from scratch. We can use all the cognitive services directly.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendliness is a most simple and streamlined process in implementation and also the easiness of setting up the dialog flow and also automation of the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could have been more comprehensive and easy to understand, as we will need good analytical knowledge to understand it. And developer community expertise sharing is limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The implementation of a chat bot in our existing system to be able to automate the customer interaction with our system, and IBM Watson Assistant was a proper solution for it

What do you like best about the product?
It helps beginners to build innovative solutions with ease.
The user interface is easy to understand and has a decent amount of pre-made examples.
It is very easy to deploy and integrate into your websites for your projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
It might not help you in handling a huge amount of unstructured data.
Fewer integrations from third-party resources.
The pricing might not be suitable at an enterprise level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to provide easy and understandable features to help us integrate and deploy with ease.
A good number of existing examples will give an idea of creating your own set of functions.

What do you like best about the product?
One can build a robust and intelligent applications like a chatbot without having prior experience in programming. There are user interface based tools available which eases the process of app development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to be disliked . The flows between the paths for the conversation in chatbots could have been improved a bit more as an enhancement I would say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Watson is providing No code low code development tools to build intelligent cognitive systems which can be used to solve real world problems. We are able to build scalable automated applications which is helping us.

I couldn't complete one project with the sessions of that project using apis.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson Assistant is a very helpful tool. It has so many features but the best one would be the implementation of artificial intelligence to create a smart chatbot that will provide you with fast and insightful answers without having to go through the hassle of going through the wait time. The service is available on various platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Watson Assistant is a little expensive, it seems like their target customer pool is big companies as opposed to smaller companies that actually require a smart chatbot to help since they have a lower staff rate. Another major disadvantage would be the fact that Watson can only be implemented in English. Unfortunately, a lot of people might not be that well versed with English or even technology for that matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Watson Assistant will help classify problems, as only the problems that are of utmost priority will be sent to a human, whereas if the problem is solvable by Watson then the load on the human decreases. Using of Watson also reduces in the wait time and the time required to get to a solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Diversify in terms of languages that would be available to a user

Reduces human effort to respond to generic questions. This way the team can focus better on meaningful ways to drive support.
Also really easy to integrate.

Sometimes misses the context of asked questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the assistant to automate the task of replying to common user questions - information which is readily available
This increases the performance of the support team to let them focus on problem solving
