What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UX + Cognitive motor. This cloud platform offers a simple way to develop intelligent chats as well as integrate it to the several solutions such as Facebook, AWS...
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! As a begginer in this technology, it was such an amazing experience and I really hope to work on related projects in a nearly future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an exercise, I designed a chatbot for a Vegan oriented Petshop, in order to develop FAQ through a conversation and guide the customer to the right products.

Intuitive platform. Easy to follow even if you do not have the foundation knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think about at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our concerns about answering the questions accurately. It depends on what input you have given and will be the output hence, dependency relies on the developer to have best user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Instructions are easy to follow but need to focus to avoid missing a step. This could impact the user experience. Test and Test your assistant!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to get started, but also has all the necessary to evolve your solution
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that could be better, like contextual intents and more intelligent entities (like entity parents)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Watson Assistant to create conversations about banking and insurance, respond the most common questions of users and perform customers services, like car assistance, simulate investments and so on
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great software to build your Conversation AI. I see a lot of companies that choose a simple platform to create its first bot or virtual assistant and, a few months later, has to migrate everything to a bigger platform because of limitations. I believe Watson has the best balance between the easy of starting your conversation AI and the power to evolve it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use chatbot dialog management interface that let's you build even complex chatbots with little effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic metrics dashboard that includes standard data like in other solutions (Dialogflow, AWS) but still not enough for proper chatbot maintenance

Helped decrease contacts to contact centre thus automating customer service tickets

Go through IBM Watson Assistant training and documentation to learn how to properly build a chatbot
