What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can build the chatbot. You don't need to be a technical person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I am liking the Watson assistant. I could train the bot over time to accommodate all kind of queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated Chatbot to the website to respond to a customer query.

Interesting journey so far with IBM Watson

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Watson allows us to quickly add intents and examples and the training happens so fast. This takes the supervised learning aspect of it to an incredible level since we wont have to wait for the AI model to learn on its own from the data that it will be getting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been really having a hard time getting our accuracy to required levels because our domain is so big and its hard to maintain the intents. Some examples are almost similar and IBM will find it hard to differentiate the input and match it to the correct intent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using IBM Watson to improve customer service by having an AI bot as the first point of call before a user has to talk directly to the agents. The benefits are that we reduce the cost which come with clients contacting the company every time for issues that can be simply provide by.

Good good and easy tool for intent and entity recognition

What do you like best about the product?
1. the easy online test for the newly-trained model
2. dialogue can be released very easily through Watson Assistant

What do you dislike about the product?
1. every small edits towords entity and intent will automatically trigger model training processing, whichi is not necessary if I need to change a series of places.
2. the API could provide more information
3. API documents are good in general, but really hard to find the page. and the difference between V1, V2 are confusing
4. The skill of Chinese version doest not support as much feature as the English verson

What do you like best about the product?
Powerfull and intuitive admin interface for assistant bots building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple outages during last months. Pricing and payment charges not clear enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing sales and post sales process, 24hours per day availability integrated with RPA systems

What do you like best about the product?
First of all it's totally free of cost and very easy to design any chatbot application compared to other platform. Watson has inbuilt capability of understanding users intent very specifically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Process of registration and providing information of deployment application or product . User get little confused at moment as country name not listed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make my own chatbot application to solve users query regarding admission process of school. It will benefit to school management . They relax from more queries call and no need to hire person for solve query.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to make good chatbot application in less time. IBM Watson is there for you.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a go to platform, specially if you need to include your business users to the board. With litle or no IT knowledge is possible to start creating intentions and dialog flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes IBM does not care very mutch about the continuity of using its API. It does not occur every week, but it changed sometimes with broken compatibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good solution to build chatbots to answer simple and repetitive questions. Very easy to acomplish that.

It is worth a try.

Interesting and Futuristic

What do you like best about the product?
The best is the platform with minimal coding required. On top of that, IBM Watson is fully customizeable and integrable with other platforms, and it is very easy. Also, the customer service is very good. The machine learning and NLP capability is brilliant. The best part is the adjoining technologies that can be used like Discovery, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any big drawbacks. Though there is a good course available for learning the basics, but it is really difficult to go through the help materials and not every functionality is well mentioned there. If an advanced course can be provided and an updated one, that would be most helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a lead generation bot and there are only a handful of bots in the market who could have provided us the service but they were very costly. IBM watson on the other hand is very cheap, has all the capabilities we need and is in all way better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a bit of time to get familiarized with the platform, but this is better than any other.

There is no ease way to build up over the core of watson assistant, and the support team is not helping.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Watson Assistant is the power to conect with customers integrating services and multiple plataforms to provide the best experience, fast solutions and thus customer retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Watson Assistant could improve the Analytics tab. User friendly interface to extract the conversation logs in CSV or JSON format. Creating customizable graphics and tables would be very helpfull. Also it would be extra wounderful to measure some especific KPI like Runtime Accuracy, NPS and %Retention. Accordingly i would say that a confusion matrix generator would be kind of cool to help improve the model faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our custumers are very satisfied with our assistant. The company that i work for provide one of the best customer support assistant powered by NLP.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how Watson Assistant is structured and the constant evolutions in the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike much is that there are several errors in the tool that cause dialog flows to get lost, especially when you delete some child node, it simply causes the "Skip user input and evaluate child nodes" function to exclude in your dialog
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reduce the number of calls in call centers
