What do you like best about the product?
I think watson and watson expert services provide a good starting point in the world of conversational intelligence fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the first product and capabilities are clear its difficult too scale. Languages, Content, Markets.
There needs to be a product that supports chatbot from a run perspective one which allows content management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining the mercedes world to the customers

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple to connect and do proof of concept. Some of the basic configurations are intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to complex intents, there is not many examples out there to follow. It will be nice if IBM can add more case studies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having bots as part of our business and human-machine interaction is made possible by Watson. We are able to interpret user conversation as commands/instructions to carry tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the intent inference configuration more intuitive, with options to include/exclude based on the flow of conversation

Getting started is easy with good documentation.

The service goes down pretty frequently and no real time support is available

What do you like best about the product?
Data enrichment option. The fact that watson can help optimize use of human resources so that staff can be leveraged for more complex work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Watson is heavily dependent on contextual data. It is not always possible to provide all of the data that is required in order to get all of the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better use of people. watson allows for less time spent enriching data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy nto build on and has never disappointed on real projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Commercial discussions including getting an appropriate quote has always been the toughest challenge getting started.

A number of my clients have successfully deployed at scale and rapid speed to value

What do you like best about the product?
Main good points are: The API documentation and the sample code provided, the intuitive user interface of Watson Assistant
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of versioning causes us alot of problems, it is also diffiuclt to see what new featurs are planned with Watson Assistant in the furture, for example multiple skills per assistant is apprarently due for release soon but we have no visibility of this, currently we are looking at building applications to manage multiple bots and are not sure whether to invest time in this

Customer Engagment is the stand out use case

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dialog tree builder, and the premium features are very useful - only that's a price plan I never have a strong enough business case for using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of versioning!! The JSON export only goes so far...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement and customer service, a wide range of customer care applications.
