What do you like best about the product?
Lo mejor que tiene es la variedad de servicios de los que dispones junto con la documentación. También permite la integración con los servicios de Google de una forma bastate sencilla una vez que tienes configurado correctamente todo.

Los distintos workspaces permiten tener varios proyectos a la vez, aunque la facturación se realizará en la cuenta.
What do you dislike about the product?
A veces, es un poco lioso el configurar correctamente la comunicación entre un servicio y otro si te sales de lo básico y luego los precios, a mi parecer son un poco elevados. La documentación a veces puede ser un poco confusa y hay que estar pendiente de las versiones que se esté usando y de que estés leyendo la documentación para esa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yo lo he utilizado para la transcripción de llamadas en caliente, gracías a un cliente SIP. Los beneficios han sido que, una vez configurado todo (cosa que a veces es un poco costoso), todo funciona de maravilla. Aparte, permite la integración con algunos servicios de Google.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lo bueno de Watson, es que necesidades como Speech to Text las puede suplir Google que tiene un modelo más desarrollado para el Español.

Easy to use but falling behind in competition

What do you like best about the product?
Watson Conversation Service is easy to use and provides an accurate response for simple questions given that 5 to 10 samples have been configured for the questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM took a lot of time to identify the right SMEs who can guide us in creating the right training model. Also, there were lot of discussions about leveraging other Watson services such as Discovery, etc, which weren't productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its still in test phase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Competition seems to be getting ahead of IBM in Cognitive capabilities. So evaluate the product not just for present use cases, but also from future proofing perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
excellent AI helper for just about any task you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
expensive to buy. I wish they has a "lite" version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remedies some of the detail attention. IBM does that for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
definitely give it a try. Watson based products have been shown to be high quality.

What do you like best about the product?
It acts just like Watson Conversation but adds extra assistants for automotive and hospitality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still just testing and so far no negatives stick out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Legal applications. We are testing what benefits it can deliver on a daily basis with certain programs.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and intuitive approach for implementing a conversation chatbot, with extensive support of queries for automating the dialog flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation for developing conversation applications uses terminology which appears a bit too technical in contrast with the simplicity of configuring the chatbot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implement a virtual assistant to answer standard questions about the GDPR regulation process. This should avoid overloading the service desk as the date the regulation comes into effect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember that you must already have an IBM Cloud account. To avoid frustration use the tutorial which gives good guidance on how to implement a simple conversation chatbot. If you encounter difficulties, IBM support will assist you to move forward.
