What do you like best about the product?
Superior language processing.
IBM Assistant offers a whole range of AL solutions.

IBM WATSON a modern Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It is very resourceful and whoever is in requirement of IBM Watson Assistant that folk is seeing it as a useful resource. It is very helpful and easy to use assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be improved further for more features. Adding new features will increase its usability even more. Few things can be simplified for better understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All major problems including daily API integrations assessment. Its bot is also very helful for support and grievances resolution. Helping users whenever they need any assistance.

It improved my performance and abilities by giving the best data available and it also helped me to improve and transform customer service

While using I felt that it is limiting the area of use by keeping it in only one language otherwise it's good one

It helped me process unstructured data, it acted as decision support system for me tho it doesn't replace humans.

I would appreciate it more if it is available in multiple languages as well as currently it is only in English. Secondly it could increase rate of data with limited resources so that efficiency is improved

Easy and simple user interface and experience. Fast results for everything. The way it understands the user is amazing. These features makes it better than its competitors.

Everything is good. There is always scope of improvement. It needs to be up to date. Also more people should know about this bot. More people use it more there is chance of improvement.
