The best part is it helps us integrate all of our customer feedback from different sources into one single platform that is queriable and helps me create a good dashboards of trends
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get started on, sometimes very simple things can be very complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quantify voice of customer, where we have multiple sources of feedback and Enterpret absorbs all of it and helps us quantify the size of certain problem statements
