What do you like best about the product?

what I like about Darwinbox is leave application and approval on mobile is genuinely quick, apply, manager approves same day usually, no more emailing HR.
AI assistant is also decent for quick questions I might have regarding any policy or checking my leave balance.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, I face slowness or glitches.
Rest everything seems fine tbh.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox is great for quickly getting payslips, other onbroading docs.
Also, reimbursement tracking is self serve now too, turnaround on reimbursements dropped majorly which quite good, don’t need to waste time on checking status or pinging people for approval.

AI-driven analytics, deep workflow customization, and a mobile-first design.

Nothing much, but the UI/UX could be a little simpler and easier to use.

It helps automate time-consuming administrative tasks, reduces data-entry errors, offers mobile-first self-service, and provides AI-driven insights that support faster decision-making.

We use darwin for our daily HRMS and it's the best platform for payroll and attendance management

There aren’t many changes that can be made to the predefined process.

Employee management and a central data storage point for all employee information.

The thing I liked best about Darwinbox was its user-friendly interface and the way it simplifies complex HR processes. The platform feels intuitive, while offering a comprehensive suite of features across HR, payroll, performance, recruitment, and employee engagement. I also appreciated how seamlessly different modules work together, giving organizations a more unified view of their workforce.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Darwinbox offers a comprehensive platform, some features can feel complex to navigate initially, especially for new users. The level of customization available is great, but it can sometimes make the setup and configuration process a little time-consuming. A simpler onboarding experience and more intuitive navigation for certain advanced features would make the platform even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox helps solve the problem of managing multiple HR processes across disconnected systems by bringing recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll, performance, and engagement into one platform. This reduces manual work, improves access to employee information, and makes HR processes more streamlined and transparent. For me, the biggest benefit is having everything centralized, which saves time and makes day-to-day HR activities easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?

I was using it for Clock in Clock out, applying leaves, checking my pay slips (I liked it very much as it had all the details). I was able to track my attendance.

What do you dislike about the product?

No downsides. I really liked it. It is available in both desktop and app so very handy.

I was checking every months pay slip, any TDS deductions, regularizing my attendance, my salary increment data.

The best thing is its intuitive UI/UX, which makes the overall process simple and easy to follow. Its strong performance capabilities provide continuous feedback, goal tracking, and related tools. It also offers competitive pricing compared to traditional enterprise HCM solutions. The AI approach stands out as well, since it automates tasks and improves the overall employee experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

Support can sometimes be slow, especially when issues need to be escalated across teams. The integration could also be more seamless, as some third-party integrations require additional technical effort.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of having to manage different HR activities across multiple platforms. I can manage performance, attendance, employee information, and more all in one place. The AI helps things move faster and makes the overall process smoother.

What do you like best about the product?

It has the basics and useful features that any HR related work should have. The user interface is also easy to understand. No integrations till date. Performance is fine. Onboarding is smooth.

It should be faster as it sometimes takes time to load pages.

It helps our employees and HRs help keep attendance records, show rate, shrinkage calculated to the point for us to do the compensation accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?

Very easy to use menu page, the OCR feature that helps auto enter receipt details for reimbursements, pay slips features, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?

When a new feature is introduced or a workflow is changed, we do not get an update and have to figure out on our own. This can be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leave Management system, Compensation, Travel and expenses, etc. It is very easy to use these features and also get a report for the entire team in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

My user experience has been really good. The HR operations have been smooth, most of it is automated. Keeps a good track of employment status, payroll etc. The AI integration for automation has boostd my performance as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing much to dislike. But initially, I had some trouble with understanding the UI. I think the journey can be smoother with some navigation prompts. Sometimes, so many features can be a little troublesome to handle altogether

Earlier the HR department's biggest chaos was segregated and unrelated data of employees. The manual load was high. Darwinbox's automated service helped to streamline the data and present in on one platform. Even searching of data is also easier now.

What do you like best about the product?

It offers a great user experience and easy to explore and use. All the basic features like managing leaves, assigning tasks, offering appreciations work well and makes this is a great HRMS tool.

What do you dislike about the product?

They can work on AI and bring more modern features to the platform.
