What do you like best about the product?

I like that Darwinbox is easy to use and efficiently helps me track my attendance and leaves. It’s straightforward to check if my employer has approved my timesheet or attendance. I also value the auto-shift management and geo-tracking features, along with the AI and analytics dashboards, which are great additions. The deployment was handled with a phased approach, and the configuration flexibility is impressive, allowing deep customization for our specific needs. The support and training during the setup, with manuals and dummy platforms, made the transition smooth. I find these aspects of Darwinbox very valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?

The mobile UI of Darwinbox has some performance lag issues. The loading time is quite slow, and the overall procedure feels long and cumbersome. This could really use some improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox makes it easy to manage timesheets and track attendance. I like the auto shift management and geo-tracking, plus the AI analytics dashboards. It simplifies monitoring leave approvals and employee presence.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Darwinbox helpful for keeping track of my workplace activities. One of the things I really like is the simplicity of the app; it’s quite easy to navigate as everything is labeled properly, which makes finding sections like time management or leaves very straightforward. The leave application process is also convenient; I can easily apply for leave by selecting the day on the calendar, choosing the type of leave, and my boss can approve it right there. The initial setup was very easy, and overall the platform has been very helpful for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

There was an issue with the punch-in feature as it sometimes showed that I wasn't punched in yet on the home screen. I'm not sure if this was a Darwinbox issue or due to the company setup, but if it was Darwinbox's issue, they could improve it by displaying the punch-in time on the home screen. This would make it easier when punching out, as I otherwise have to navigate to the time management section and scroll down to find today's date.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox helps me track daily attendance, manage timing, and apply for leaves easily and promptly. Its simplicity with clear labeling makes finding sections hassle-free. For leave requests, I simply select the date and type, and my boss approves directly.

What do you like best about the product?

I have used multiple HRMS softwares and when I got the chance to work with Darwin box, I could see significant difference in the interface. It is easy to integrate and navigate the platform, user-friendly and seamless usage. Considerable and seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?

Initially, for the non-techy and for the one who is using the software for the first time, it might need time to understand the components, but there is nothing as such which I dislike about Darwinbox.

It is basically streamlining the entire process and keeping this under one roof, and it makes things much more accessible. It is basically helping me by reducing the manual workload, administrative work is automated and well documented, and has helped in visibility.

What do you like best about the product?

Darwinbox stands out for its **intuitive UI/UX, strong integrations, and reliable performance**. It offers good **ROI** by bringing multiple HR processes into one platform. The **onboarding and support** are helpful, and its growing **AI capabilities** add useful automation and intelligence to everyday HR workflows.

Overall, Darwinbox is a strong platform, but there are areas for improvement. The **UI/UX** can occasionally feel complex, and **performance** may vary with heavier usage. Some **integrations** require extra configuration, while **pricing/ROI** can be less attractive for smaller teams. **Support and onboarding** could be more proactive, and **AI capabilities** are promising but still evolving. These are relatively minor compared with the platform’s overall functionality and value.

What do you like best about the product?

Darwinbox's ATS flow is genuinely very well thought out, and it is one of the most cleaner candidate pipeline management systems out there from onboarding to support. The AI Assisted resume parsing and candidate matching has meaningfully reduced the screening time. It's not perfect but certainly worth the investment, the ROI is well above average. With it's vast pool of integrations and public APIs, the platform is out there competing with the most efficient ATS out there performance wise.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not dislikes, but the analytics can be expanded a lot more in terms of deep statistics. Custom reports can be a bit simpler.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox has solved a major problem of my data lying here and there. Before migrating, recruitment, employee data, payroll, etc. was lying here and there but now, it's all there in a unified platform without any worry of data privacy.

What do you like best about the product?

UI and ease of use, I can navigate around easily, find payslips and other documents, and really good customer support they provide, it was very easy to set up at the beginning

Mobile connectivity and login access are not very seamless

Leave performance and learning have become really easy to do

What do you like best about the product?

As a Business Manager, I enjoy having employee data, attendance, leave, and other HR functions all in one place. I don't have to bug HR for every minor detail and approvals can be tracked at a glance.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are lots of features and some menus take a while to learn. I do find myself clicking more sometimes when all I want to do is read something quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows me to see team activity at a glance and minimizes manual coordination for basic HR tasks. Things like approvals, employee files and basic team info are streamlined, saving me time during typical work processes.

Darwinbox is a very user friendly HR / Benefits tool

What do you dislike about the product?

Darwinbox at times has connection issues to SSO for company login, also certain features are not relevant for Users and can be removed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox is solving the clunky HRMS tools in market and making this a clean and User friendly approach for HR & Payroll

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me to easily track my working hours, attendance and accordingly apply for leave. Also, it provides self-service activities, reducing my daily efforts. Overall, it's easy to use the user interface and one-stop solution for enterprises.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it's overwhelming as HR notifications and tasks get flooded. It seems easy to use when using on desktop but not on mobile.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am now very less reliant on the HR team for certain tasks. It has been very convenient for me. No mailing again and again to the HR.
