What do you like best about the product?

Darwinbox's ATS flow is genuinely very well thought out, and it is one of the most cleaner candidate pipeline management systems out there from onboarding to support. The AI Assisted resume parsing and candidate matching has meaningfully reduced the screening time. It's not perfect but certainly worth the investment, the ROI is well above average. With it's vast pool of integrations and public APIs, the platform is out there competing with the most efficient ATS out there performance wise.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not dislikes, but the analytics can be expanded a lot more in terms of deep statistics. Custom reports can be a bit simpler.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox has solved a major problem of my data lying here and there. Before migrating, recruitment, employee data, payroll, etc. was lying here and there but now, it's all there in a unified platform without any worry of data privacy.

What do you like best about the product?

UI and ease of use, I can navigate around easily, find payslips and other documents, and really good customer support they provide, it was very easy to set up at the beginning

Mobile connectivity and login access are not very seamless

Leave performance and learning have become really easy to do

As a Business Manager, I enjoy having employee data, attendance, leave, and other HR functions all in one place. I don't have to bug HR for every minor detail and approvals can be tracked at a glance.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are lots of features and some menus take a while to learn. I do find myself clicking more sometimes when all I want to do is read something quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows me to see team activity at a glance and minimizes manual coordination for basic HR tasks. Things like approvals, employee files and basic team info are streamlined, saving me time during typical work processes.

What do you dislike about the product?

Darwinbox at times has connection issues to SSO for company login, also certain features are not relevant for Users and can be removed

Darwinbox is solving the clunky HRMS tools in market and making this a clean and User friendly approach for HR & Payroll

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me to easily track my working hours, attendance and accordingly apply for leave. Also, it provides self-service activities, reducing my daily efforts. Overall, it's easy to use the user interface and one-stop solution for enterprises.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it's overwhelming as HR notifications and tasks get flooded. It seems easy to use when using on desktop but not on mobile.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am now very less reliant on the HR team for certain tasks. It has been very convenient for me. No mailing again and again to the HR.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Darwinbox for managing HR activities on the go through its mobile app. It's incredibly convenient to access everything I need without having to log in on a computer. This feature is really helpful when I travel or am between work tasks. I also appreciate the academy feature for self-improvement and skill management, which keeps me up to date with company courses. Managing my reportees and accessing company policies or updates from anywhere is super efficient. The setup was quick with simple documentation, making it easy to start and onboard.

Custom reports are difficult

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Darwinbox for managing HR tasks on the go, especially through its mobile app. It provides easy access to employee recognition, updates, attendance, and leave management. It also simplifies accessing company policies and planning taxes, making my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me keep track of my team’s leave, attendance, and performance. I like the overall experience of the website it's easier to use. It works with slack as well so I get notified for notifications. Easier to learn and use and works faster ask well. I do think that whatever price we are paying to use the service we are getting our money's worth.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think not a lot of use case of AI in there there is scope to integrate AI and intelligence support to some of the feature. Customisation is also required as this could differ with organisations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to track my team’s performance and leave. It also helps me manage advance and reimbursement requests. Finally, it makes the organisation chart clearer, so I can better understand employees and how the team is structured.

The mobile app makes everyday tasks simple. Checking in, viewing shift calendars, and applying for leave all take less than a minute. Approval notifications come through clearly, and having tax declarations and payslips in one place saves a lot of back-and-forth with HR.

The web portal can occasionally feel sluggish on peak days, such as during the monthly payroll cutoff or appraisal review weeks. Also, finding specific historical requests—or digging through older policy documents in the help section—could be more intuitive and easier to navigate.

It eliminates the need for email-based approvals and manual attendance tracking. Everything, from goal setting to reimbursement requests, is centralized in one place, which makes status updates clear and transparent for both employees and managers.

the ease and user friendliness even for beginners who are learning how to use ai effectively, and the price as well works seamlessly with all of our platforms and programs, and we have hundreds of technology platforms that we use at our firm

the onboarding could be a better process and there could be more guides and support
