What do you dislike about the product?
Some users find that Darwinbox can be somewhat complex to navigate at first, largely because of its extensive range of features. This often means that training or onboarding support is necessary, especially for HR administrators. Additionally, there are reports of performance issues, including slow load times and occasional lag, which seem to occur more frequently during periods of high usage.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked about the attendance management, like i can log in log out and check the details apply leaves i can see the available holidays etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as per me, because i believe everything is there in the darwin box itself. There may be some more features that can be addedd.

This tool addresses several issues, particularly by making information easily accessible. Information is available promptly, allowing you to apply for leave quickly. Additionally, HR can conveniently view all the performance details of employees.

sometimes the system feels slow, and few features are a bit complex for new users, and the setup takes time, and occasional technical issues and faster customer support required, and reports are not always easy to customize and sometimes interface feels crowded at times,

I like using Darwinbox for daily check-in without the hassle of biometric or face recognition. It's the best use case of this software.

Sometimes it's a bit lagging and slow, especially related to daily check-in and when applying for leave, it's very slow. The initial setup was somewhat difficult.

I really like being able to view the contact details of anyone in my organization using Darwinbox, which allows me to communicate with them for work. This feature enhances transparency and effectiveness in my work. Additionally, viewing my monthly salary slip is very useful for me as it not only shows how much salary I have received but also displays how many leaves I have and the reasons for any deductions in my salary. This information helps me stay aware of my salary and absences. These two features make Darwinbox a valuable tool for me.

The Darwinbox mobile app sometimes hangs.
