What do you like best about the product?

It has the basics and useful features that any HR related work should have. The user interface is also easy to understand. No integrations till date. Performance is fine. Onboarding is smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?

It should be faster as it sometimes takes time to load pages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps our employees and HRs help keep attendance records, show rate, shrinkage calculated to the point for us to do the compensation accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?

Very easy to use menu page, the OCR feature that helps auto enter receipt details for reimbursements, pay slips features, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?

When a new feature is introduced or a workflow is changed, we do not get an update and have to figure out on our own. This can be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leave Management system, Compensation, Travel and expenses, etc. It is very easy to use these features and also get a report for the entire team in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

My user experience has been really good. The HR operations have been smooth, most of it is automated. Keeps a good track of employment status, payroll etc. The AI integration for automation has boostd my performance as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing much to dislike. But initially, I had some trouble with understanding the UI. I think the journey can be smoother with some navigation prompts. Sometimes, so many features can be a little troublesome to handle altogether

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier the HR department's biggest chaos was segregated and unrelated data of employees. The manual load was high. Darwinbox's automated service helped to streamline the data and present in on one platform. Even searching of data is also easier now.

What do you like best about the product?

It offers a great user experience and easy to explore and use. All the basic features like managing leaves, assigning tasks, offering appreciations work well and makes this is a great HRMS tool.

What do you dislike about the product?

They can work on AI and bring more modern features to the platform.

1. It has centralized all HR management to one platform
2. Managing employee performance has become very smooth

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the built-in DSGVO retention timer for trainee and employee records in Darwinbox. It automatically archives or purges outdated coaching participant files, which is crucial for avoiding data protection violations during audits by Berlin's state data authority. I also like the consolidated training attendance dashboards, which allow me to draft compliance reports for corporate clients much faster than before, saving me considerable time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find Darwinbox lacks native integration with our German coaching LMS and DATEV payroll tool, forcing me to perform manual CSV transfers for trainee billing data. Its German UI translation is incomplete, which confuses my junior admin staff when configuring DSGVO rules. Creating custom compliance reports is overly complex, which slows me down when preparing documentation for Berlin labor authority audits.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Darwinbox replaced scattered Excel sheets and HR tools, centralizing trainee data. It enforces DSGVO compliance with automatic record expiry, reducing compliance risks. It eases report preparation for labor audits, saving time and minimizing workload.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s easy to use, and I like having the entire employee dashboard in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it hangs and I used to find it difficult to get the regularisation done

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solving the punch in and punch out issue that a normal hr faces. If I miss my punch in Darwin box helps me to regularise it

Darwinbox mas multiple features under one roof such as leave , attendance ,performance , HR payroll, employee engagement
IT is very useful even if you have large organization
Approval workflow is very sorted without any external intervention
Reports are also available

What do you dislike about the product?

As such no drawbacks for the same but new users may feel to complex to used the GUI
It takes time to explore full tool as it has multiple features and one will require training for the same.

Darwinbox solves multiple problems of HR for example leave, attendance, compensation etc under one roof
Payroll is also managed which is very important
Employee data is also managed
Provides data accuracy and data privacy

What do you like best about the product?

It is a pretty comprehensive HR system. One of the biggest benefits is having a system that integrates multiple processes that used be on different platforms. With Darwinbox it brings it into one system for an employee life cycle. This starts with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, leave requests/benefits, and ongoing training.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial set up definitely is complex and may require reaching out to support to get it going (at least it did for us). Once it is implemented it is better. The reporting functionality can be a bit cumbersome, and sometimes the navigation can seem a bit slow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's created a one stop system for our employee life cycle. Previously we would have multiple systems that were used for different aspects. We can now use this for recruiting, continuous training, leave request, benefits, attendance tracking, etc. Having everything in one system makes for less clutter and easier life cycle management for our employees.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy clock-in and clock-out options. All HR documents, the documents you’ve submitted to the organization, leave requests, policies, performance details, and the organization hierarchy-along with your colleagues’ contact information and more -are all available in one place. You don’t need to wonder about anything or physically DM someone just to get answers to the basic day-to-day workings of your organization. It's very easy to navigate as well

What do you dislike about the product?

I preferred their classical view. They changed their interface a year ago. Though there is an option to switch to classical view but it's not by default

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps records fro. Your joining to exit. If the organization wants employees to check anything, they know they have to go to Darwin box. They may not even need to see HR in person, because there’s an option to handle everything in one place. You can also ask for help directly on Darwin box

What I like about Darwinbox is its modern interface and how easily it consolidates HR functions into one single place, which makes it simpler to manage everything in one spot.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it gets slow during peak working hours, especially for tasks like attendance marking and payroll processing, which can be frustrating.
