Effortless Leave Management, User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I find Darwinbox to be user-friendly and a fast working tool. I like how I can access everything in one tool, which is super convenient. The approval process is very easy, allowing me to see the status of my leave, whether it's approved, declined, or pending. It was also very easy to set up as I didn't have to enter many details; just one click and login through Gmail made it incredibly simple. Everything works fast and good, which is something I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Darwinbox for applying leaves, checking leave status, and managing attendance. It shows my salary day and tenure, making it easy to handle everything related to payroll in one tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Darwinbox is feature-rich, some advanced configurations and custom reports require a learning curve. Occasionally, certain modules could benefit from deeper documentation and more self-service guidance. Minor UI improvements and faster enhancements in reporting flexibility would make the experience even better, but these do not significantly impact overall usability.

What I like best about Darwinbox is its user-friendly check-in and check-out feature. The platform brings all essential information together, including confidential documents, making it easy to access everything from a single system. Overall, Darwinbox is very efficient and well-organized.

At times, the navigation feels slightly clumsy, making it difficult to locate certain features. Additionally, the system sometimes takes longer to load or refresh.

Initial setup is time consuming. Also for some part it shows some lag, reporting and analytics is some laggy and can be more simpler to understand to modify

Smooth Setup, Easy to Use but Attendance Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Darwinbox allows me to easily manage my punch in and punch out, and handle my payslips conveniently. Everything like communication and attendance can be marked in the Go Tab in the box. It’s great that you can raise a ticket or reimbursement request directly through the platform without needing to send manual emails. I find the software pretty smooth, and it's simple and easy to use, making it user-friendly, even for new joiners. I also appreciate the ease of implementing Darwinbox, as it was 100% straightforward to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess, the only thing that doesn't work is a few of the things when it comes to attendance. Sometimes it lags a bit. And, actually, after even signing up, it shows that you have not punched in, and it shows you as absent. That is the major area.

Darwinbox makes it easy to manage punch in/out and payslips, raise tickets for issues, and avoid the hassle of emails. The platform is smooth and user-friendly, making onboarding simple, even for new joiners.

I liked about the attendance management, like i can log in log out and check the details apply leaves i can see the available holidays etc.

Nothing to dislike as per me, because i believe everything is there in the darwin box itself. There may be some more features that can be addedd.
