Good product for HRIS services
What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox has vast visibility in HRIS services and modules; it has already reached all the aspects of HR requirements from hire to retirement. Good database and excellent admin support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a little more attractive; it has strict terms concerning module customization, and Dbox runs only in pre-defined module terms and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing manual data and workflow with its automation of all HR aspect modules provides real-time reports. It helps in the leave and attendance management system for all geo-type employees.
HRMS from Start to End
What do you like best about the product?
End to End HRMS tool, PMS tool, Check-in and Check out
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not able to set geo-fence, and also not able to log in and log out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto onboarding is excellent tool, PMS is also very good tool
A complete solution to a HR Module
What do you like best about the product?
Check-in, Pay slips, Custom tool integration, Compensation tool, Tax Declaration tool, Leave, holidays, MFS, HR Documents, Reimbursement and Employee directory and many more tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its UI is not that catchy. Sometimes looks like plain old software. It should be improved. Rest is good. And occasionally updates to Android and ios have differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages my attendance, leaves, reimbursement, performance, hr documents, employee directory, tax declaration etc. It is easy to use. My company uses some custom tools which were easy to integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like darwinbox easy interface which allows employees to understand their leave, attendance, directory and Payroll, and it's beneficial to me to use daily as an employee in current company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Darwinbox is good software, but one thing I dislike is sometimes it takes time to reflect my clock in and clock out, timing in the software, which i feel is not good but other everything is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwin box keeps all the details of my employment and helps me manage my leaves, attendance and payroll, which is very satisfying for me because it is all available in one place.

Darwinbox helps in managing all my reimbursement leaves, hr polices at one place.

It is a good tool for me so far. I am having no complaints as a user.

It is more of my personal and employment profile management. Ease to use in case of payroll and reimbursement management and leave management.
Easy fast and Secure HRMS/ Attendance Management
What do you like best about the product?
It was straightforward to use. Like Facebook, we can greet on birthdays, any special events. Also, we can log in or log out easily.

Sometimes lagging in logging in and logging out; takes so much time to log in. also, periodically, geofencing hasn't worked properly.

We used it for the ATS tool, onboarding and PMS things. Also to automate basic day-to-day HR activities

What do you like best about the product?
As an employee, i use this software in my current company, and it is fantastic because it gives me every single detail of me Attendance, leaves, holidays, Clock in and Clock out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issue till now using this app because it's light version in my phone as well as in my laptop and it keeps my all employment details which i can see anytime anywhere also it's secured.

Darwin Box helps me track my attendance and apply for Leaves, Holidays and much more in one place; it also it's easy to use on a mobile phone, and it quite comfortable and helpful for me.

Ease of access for all the required data like payslips, salary structure, take structure etc. A user-friendly interface

The mobile app for Darwin box needs to be updated. Just supports a few basic operations and has limited viewing access
