HR platform redefined
What do you like best about the product?
Attendance clockin and leave management. This helps in understanding your leaves on a real-time basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be more appealing. It looks very pale and boring sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a cloud based Hr platform which takes into account your daily punch-in, leave management, attendance management, tasks, HR Policies, and even salary breakup and payslips. IJPs and referrals can be managed from DarwinBox as well.
One application for An employee
What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox is good software for an employee. You can check your payslips, compensation, company hierarchy, notice, holiday, Reimbursement etc in a single application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading will be very slow. Except for this everything is perfect in darwin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I want to check anything related to payslip, performance review, notice, leave, reimbursement, and anything related to Hr and Finance. I just opens Darwin and it gives all the results .

Darwinbox gives the best UI interface with attendance and leave management support.

Need to Add an attendance correction feature.

It helps day-to-day attendance management.

salary split, goal-saving and leaves. We were using a different platform before, compared to that, there are less number of bugs

The submit button for most of the forms is on the top right, which is very unusual. Often times, will miss completing the form

What do you like best about the product?
Its interface and ease of use. The icons used are very meaningful, eye-catchy and self-explanatory. The web application as well as the Andriod app works smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major as such. There is not much to dislike about it. Hope it will keep on getting better. Sometimes had trouble uploading documnets that could be fixed.

Darwinbox is a one-stop solution for Human Resource related data and stuff. Like all HR policies, documents are in one place which makes it very convenient. Data related to leaves, and performance, etc. at one portal makes life easier.

An All In One HR Sofrware
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features which a single HR software should have like attendance management, leave management, HR documents, calender, recruitment management, helpdesk, timesheets etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one yet. I have been using it for one year now and not a single thing to dislike from Darwinbox.

It has all the qualities a single HR software should have and is reaching all the expectations.

If you have darwinbox, then you don't need to have anyone software for all your HR related documentation, appraisal, approvals etc. It gives all at one place

It's is an excellent app. So no dislikes.
