Amazing Core HRMS software in the market
What do you like best about the product?
It is ease to use and an end to end integration of multiple HR functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything as dislike since it really awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved productivity through automation of task and sort all my queries without time delay.
Darwinbox is the coolest HRMS portal I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I works quite good and gives you all your requirements at one place. Both web application and mobile application are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. Infact you can customise it according to your expectation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solution for my all HR related queries and concerns ASAP. Maintaining my payroll documents as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Darwin box is straightforward to use and has a good UI. It tracks your leaves and keeps a record of your attendance in the most effortless way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I absolutely have no complaints with this application so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwin box is used every day in corporate life to apply for attendance or leaves and to share activities among your co-workers. It is very easy tp use and has good features to keep track of your attendance and other stuff.
A place for a little bit of everything!
What do you like best about the product?
Putting in your attendance and sorting out the information present in the system is extremely easy. We used to recieve offer letters, updates about company policy changes and a lot of other things via DarwinBox
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I particularly dislike about this app. It does the job in a simple and efficient manner and there has been no crashes faced by my firm as such while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's used for, Attendence activities like Login Logout with location. Leave applications can be sent to your managers from your phone. You can recieve company information or payslips and many more over the phone itself.
The most recommendable HRMS software tool.

The customization option comes along with the software make you to feel so comfortable and gives you all at one place

This is my favourite HRMS tool so no dislikes

We can customize the application as we need. The payslip option was obvious. leave details was very cleared

It has no dislikes according to my knowledge.

It gives better communication with the HR team , regarding leave, payslip, promotions, appraisals etc.
Still figuring out their way
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard seemed intuitive. They allow some nice customisations of colour scheme and addition of employer branding elements. I understand that their pricing is more competitive than some competitors. Their staff are all very polite and open to feedback. I especially liked the Vibe module.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor customer support. Felt like the support staff we were assigned were still learning how to use their system. We discovered several system limitations only after going live because they refused to do the admin training until after the "go live". Darwinbox ought to have trained admin at/before the UAT stage. Whenever we raised an issue, they would bounce back with several follow on questions or bounce off the issue to someone else in the team and circle back only much later, by which time we would have had to find alternative ways to solve the problem (e.g. by resorting to manual methods). They later admitted that their team was somewhat understaffed. Not the best solution for a fast-moving company. It takes a lot of time and energy to solve an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to reconfigure several modules which were not configured correctly from the outside (e.g. notifications were going to the wrong people or not getting sent at all, leave policy updates could not be reflected seamlessly, etc). We have yet to enjoy the expected efficiency gains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Darwinbox tries to do everything but excels only in certain modules at the moment. Would recommend deploying only the modules that suit your organisation's needs because customisations are very challenging to pull off on their platform, given the lack of skilled customer support and effective training

What do you like best about the product?
Overall I'm having a positive experience with Darwinbox so far. It is an excellent all in one product, now the organization need not have multiple products for fulfilling different objectives as it handles the whole lifecycle of an employee from Hiring to resignation. The integration of the the calendar with Darwinbox helps me keep a track of my daily working hours and the time duration for which I'm in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the User Interface can be given a makeover since it has been the same for almost 3 years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team uses in the morning Darwinbox to log in and in the evening to log out while working remotely. I also submit my referrals through Darwinbox for any internal job openings. Apart from this, Darwinbox has all other basic HRMS functionalities like Payroll and leave management and reimbursement claiming features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Darwinbox is undoubtedly the best HRMS tool and eliminates the need of having multiple products for singular functionalities like Greenhouse for the interview process, Mesh for Employee Performance Management. Darwinbox easily replaces all these products and acts as a central entity for everything.
