An HRMS software with best custom features and User interface- Darwinbox
What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox is one of the best HRMS software due to it best customization option which give all features in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
No. I don't have dislikes. It is really awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be able to maintain and track approvals, payslips, promotions and all other important process here

No, Even it works too good in mobile application just like web.

Darwin box best HR Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, we can assign tasks to employees and have lock features too, Compensation, salary part, attendance and all related is very well set and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike as it's the very best software which we have used, it just needs to be integrated incorrect manner to ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have TDS-related documents and set up TDS in darwinbox itself, set up learning and development and integrated it well into it. you can also measure performance in the darwin box. Its like all problems have one solution.
Darwinbox - Serving needs to every employee
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easiest HR tools that I have used over a long period of time. The UI is good, simple, and quite effective, and most importantly it is quite easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about this product. The only drawback which I found was the non-availability of some tax-related information that most employees would have to get using another tool. Maybe my organization didn't implement it but overall Darwinbox is a nice tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main objective was to record the day in day out information along with leave management. However, it was also used to track the yearly appraisal records along with other employee key progress in the workplace.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it. It is very easy to use and serves multiple purposes.

Darwinbox provides multiple functions and features related to Human resources and I Like the best where it maintains Attendance records and employees smartly.

Sometimes it hangs and does not function properly due to an internet connectivity issue

We solve different problems like we don't need to maintain the records of employees like attendance and employee salary-related data stored on the cloud and it is easy for the managers to maintain and user friendly.

Darwin Provides lots of features that I like the most, that it is multifunctional tools related to HR like attendance and employees salary-related stuff.

Sometimes it functions/operates slowly due to connectivity.

We solve different problems like employee attendance, leave related tools and here we don't need to maintain records as it stores the data in the cloud and it also increases the business performance.

DarwinBox is a Saas platform and the team provides flexibility to add the features on the basis of requirements from the company. The team provides fast development with fewer bugs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only major issue with DarwinBox is that it logs you out very fast, it becomes a problem when I have to submit the feedback after the interview. To explain it better let's assume a scenario where I took an interview and I logged in to DarwinBox to add the feedback, till the time I add feedback it clears my session and I have to fill the complete form once again.

Best HR ERP Software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to learn and extremely user-friendly UI helps one and all to learn and adapt this quickly. This tool is an all-in-one ERP helping us in catering with end-to-end daily HR requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing! I have to date not come across a feature that is already not available. Although the app version keeps on constantly updating and does not allow to operate and use the app until you finish updating the app.

Managing team performance via yearly goal setting on Darwinbox, team attendance, leave planning, event reminders, pay slip generation, tax planning, manage reimbursements etc

On time &real time attendance punching with correct location tracing on GPS. Also provided the option in that from HOME. HR document and approval onboarding process.
