User Interface and Functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
User Interface - It looks really good and clear and you feel like working more and more on it. I just loved working it. There are so many things which I learned in it.
Functionalities - There are so many useful functions that complete your business need and you can do customization as well as per your convenience.
You can do so many things on your own without any technical help.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no function available for ex-employees to access the portal after separation to download their Exit documents like FNF Pay Slip, and Relieving/Experience Letter & Form 16, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by removing manual processes like documentation, emails & Follow-ups, etc.

Quick service support. User-friendly UI easy to use. Best for managing off and on-site employee management.

What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox is an all-in-one package. It has everything from leave management to employee directory to payroll management to everything in between. Its best part is its super awesome UX and super quick load time. Navigating between tools is like a breeze. I have used 3 HRMS tools so far and if I have a choice I'd choose Darwinbox each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, like at all and I am saying this as somebody who is super nitpicky. I might sound like I am exaggerating but as soon as I used it for the first time I researched all about the company over the internet because I was so impressed with the product experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user I find everything that I need from Darwinbox. Applying leaves is simple, managing tax declaration is breeze and most importantly the UI/UX is as beautiful as it can get.

What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox helps a lot in managing the whole HR department. It has cool features like payroll and expenses. It helps to track people analytics. Employee hiring is made very easy through this platform. Attendance and leave management have easy to use UI and end-users are highly satisfied. For talent management, it has Goal cascading and stakeholder feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI for an opening page can be made better. Latency can be improved. upgrading takes a lot of time that can be made easy. All Other HRMS features are best in class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox enables us to manage all HR-related tasks. Like applying leaves and managing attendence. It has geo-fenced based tracking. Payroll and expenses are simple to use. Employees can declare their investments and know their taxes. personalised policies shift can be managed easily. Employee hiring is easy. CV parsing and tracking are very fast and easy to use. It processes performance evaluation. HR letter, increments etc can be management.

What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox makes employees life very easy. It provides check in and check out feature with location, payslips, attendence record, employee lifecycle, e-separation feature, leave management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website sometimes doesn't work, development team should make sure zero downtime. Some features were not working in the tool, they should disable those so that end user won't get confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made employees life very easy by removing all those manual efforts like permission for leaves over mails, checking in and out at a designated place in the office.

Folks who wants to get all employee needs at one place can go for it.

Darwinbox is a one-stop-shop for all your HR requirements. Not only does it help you manage employees' attendance and payroll, it also fosters employee engagement by measuring the L&D efforts. Darwinbox is the next big thing in HR tech.

I wish Darwinbox had more functionalities such as rewards and recognition system.

Darwinbox helps manage employee attendance, L&D tracking, payroll, Flexi-pay system, IT declaration, etc. It has streamlined my HR department's responsibilities, enabling them to focus on their core tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Darwin box is straightforward to use and has a good UI. It tracks your leaves and keeps a record of your attendance in the most effortless way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I absolutely have no complaints with this application so far.

Darwin box is used every day in corporate life to apply for attendance or leaves and to share activities among your co-workers. It is very easy tp use and has good features to keep track of your attendance and other stuff.
