Darwinbox- Best way to manage resources
What do you like best about the product?
We have used the Darwinbox system to centralize the employee management so that everyone in the organization, i.e., employees and the HR team, can get everything they want all in one place for better utilization of the resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the system as the Darwinbox has fulfilled everything required from the system. The only suggestion that we can provide is that they have to imporve their customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post the implementation of the System at our organization, and we have been able to centralize the resource management, which has helped our human resourcing team and our employees to get everything they want all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Darwinbox to those who wants to improve their Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Darwinbox can transform their HRMS for better utilization of the resources

I Like dashboard appearance and TASK notifications and reminders and even Employment details with updated revision letter and leave section

would have updated salary payslip version and would have updated to Incometax stimulator too

leave cycles, daily attemdence, compensation, and reimbursement
Pretty simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It provides effortless attendance management, leave management and other similar options and the user interface is really simple. I have never experienced a problem with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a little less scalable overall. May be great for basic attentance features but workforce management today is much more than that.

Best one stop employee management software
What do you like best about the product?
I love its interface and the easy-to-use software they have built. The best part is, you don't need to spend a lot of time in learning about this software, this software is best to be used for companies ranging from Small up till Mid Market companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen a major issue with this software none have my colleagues however there were days when there are server issues and we were stuck unable to sending the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had employee management software for our company. After we started growing we needed a productive software and a one stop point for managers to approve leaves, attendance. The interface is good and its easy to use software.
It's a great tool.

It lags most of the time; sometimes, we cannot check details due to the long loading.

I am almost checking everything related to company policies, applying leaves to compensation details.
A good enough HRMS tool for all things HR
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is straightforward to learn to use and is really employee-friendly, is a good and robust tool for all things HR, from taking leaves,downlaoding documents to raising expenses, all is pretty seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop up at each login seems kind of a hassle, should be an option to turn that off, the lack of that is something is a sure dislike for me,lack of support and no support for customization , if we could have a feedback to update mechanism available that would be great, also constant daily mails for not logging in are a hassle as well

We use it as an HRMS for all things HR, attendance logging and regularization, Leave Applications & Approvals, Salary slips,Performance Appraisal, Documentation, etc. in the organization
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it if you dont want to keep updating the interface and need of customization is not a priority, has a very easy learning curve.

All things at one place, the interface is user friendly and the web page guidance is very is very useful, I have used this software in the current company and was also used in the last
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile site could the be the area of improvement, the mobile site is ant as useful as the web page, that's the only area of improvement, other things like the mobile notification is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reimbursement, now I don't have to maintain the separate excel sheet to find out my reimbursement, my job requires lots of reimbursement, so it's useful there, plus the salary details too

Password reset mechanism needs refinement

Best tool for HR for employees for keeping track of almost everything

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about darwinbox is its interface. It is very simple and user-friendly. One doesn't need to spend a lot of time in training/learning about this tool. Coming to my favourite part, it's the view that it creates for me for leave approvals. You can check days when most of your employees are OOO, do bulk approvals for leaves/attendance.

There are 2 things actually:
1. There have been days when we mostly needed the tool for work and it was having server issues and we were stuck.
2. Darwinbox automatically sends emails to your employees every day if they havent marked themselves present the previous day. During the current scenario where every one is working from home, we had informed our employees to go and bulk upload their attendace once in a month but since darwinbox sends emails every day it creates confusion within the employees, especially the newly joined ones.

The biggest problem we faced was we didnt have a one stop tracker to track all our employees prior to darwinbox. After enablement of darwinbox, we have a one stop point to check all the things. It has benefitted managers in checking which employee works for how long in the office, who is OOO on which days, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you should definitely consider using this tool as it outperforms comparing it with other competitors.
