A great HRMS facilitator
What do you like best about the product?
Darwin box is a great HRMS tool where we can view org wide employees and their designations, hierarchy and much more. It also allows us to have access to our pay slips, reports, feedback etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is assumed to be pretty expensive for a small to mid size company. Darwin box, inspite being a great HRMS software, need to consider a price drop on their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Darwin box while we begin our day by punching in. We can quickly snip in all our reports, feedbacks, pay slips, or even work our tax exemptions on it. Isn't that cool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are mid size to large size company then Darwin Box is your perfect HRMS tool.
Feature Rich software
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop solution and has so many features, you won't even know you needed. Apart from a HRMS tool that offers all services like attendance tracking, payroll management, tax filing, leave application, employee self service portal to name a few, Darwinbox offers great Application Tracking services too. Employees can noe see internal job postings and send their referrals and also track the status of these referalls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that it becomes difficult to navigate across the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Darwinbox daily across our whole organization. We start our day by logging in, as Darwinbox calculates total working/active hours of employees and hence helps in increasing employee productivity. I also use it to file monthly reimbursements for food/wifi or any other expenses. I also keep track of my detailed salary and any revisions/deductions or bonuses.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly tool, self-explanatory and very helpful for all employees to resolve their HR-related queries and to mark attendance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reminders and alerts features are available however sometime we don't receive such alerts while the information is already available on portal, e.g. Birthday of a colleague, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop solution of all queries employees are looking for, e.g. ; HR policies, Attendance (mark & approve), Claims & reimbursement, salary slip, R&R, Recruitment and other HR related requests can be raised.

What do you like best about the product?
The attendance structure is perfect, as well as for the salary part too; Reimbursement shows how much had claimed till date at a one go for a complete period or a financial cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
The vibe part is not happening though its name is Vibe; it doesn't vibe us. As well the application can't work on two devices at the same time; it automatically gets you logged off from the old one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I'm not solving anything from the Darwinbox team; it is HR who is following up with the Darwinbox team for the concern to be addressed. The request I had raised to my HR was when my teammate was leaving, he applied on Darwinbox but HR was not known until and unless I had informed them. It should be automatically
One of the good tools out there for HR and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage the leaves, record the number of absences and to see the organisation map
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the payslip structure; they should show the tax deductions in more detail and depth

Using it to manage all the HR-related functions, apply leaves, manage complimentary off and ease out the employee separation process.

Darwinbox- Best way to manage resources
What do you like best about the product?
We have used the Darwinbox system to centralize the employee management so that everyone in the organization, i.e., employees and the HR team, can get everything they want all in one place for better utilization of the resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the system as the Darwinbox has fulfilled everything required from the system. The only suggestion that we can provide is that they have to imporve their customer support

Post the implementation of the System at our organization, and we have been able to centralize the resource management, which has helped our human resourcing team and our employees to get everything they want all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Darwinbox to those who wants to improve their Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Darwinbox can transform their HRMS for better utilization of the resources

Pretty simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It provides effortless attendance management, leave management and other similar options and the user interface is really simple. I have never experienced a problem with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a little less scalable overall. May be great for basic attentance features but workforce management today is much more than that.

Best one stop employee management software
What do you like best about the product?
I love its interface and the easy-to-use software they have built. The best part is, you don't need to spend a lot of time in learning about this software, this software is best to be used for companies ranging from Small up till Mid Market companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen a major issue with this software none have my colleagues however there were days when there are server issues and we were stuck unable to sending the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had employee management software for our company. After we started growing we needed a productive software and a one stop point for managers to approve leaves, attendance. The interface is good and its easy to use software.
