What do you like best about the product?
Darwin is easy to use and is a new age HR Tech software that is used in StartUps
Its good UI and easy to use workflow makes it a robust use for all employess - new and expereinced employees in any company

Darwin can incorporate some features primarily related to Performance Management like Workday to become an HR Tool of choice in larger companies as well and displace that software that is currently the most preferred and have the maximum market share
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Darwin Box in Swiggy for the HR needs of the employees and for seeing Org Charts; application of leaves ; Performance management, among others

Darwinbos is a feature-loaded HR management tool. Teams can maintain attendance, leaves, payroll, holidays, etc., on Darwinbox with ease. Also, Darwinbox has an organizational structure that helps employees in knowing their organization and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Darwinbox is a great tool to work but have some drawbacks like:
- Transitioning from the old system to Darwinbox is quite difficult
- User interface of Darwinbox is very outdated
- Darwinbox Support team is not supportive.

It's a great tool. It has a lot of well-thought options that make HR processes and information flow easy.

I wish there was more space to customize the tool based on individual org needs and have an agile system to incorporate changes based on feedback.

The fact that UI could have been more interactive with may be a bot or easy navigation to regularize attendance

To manage a bigger team size this is a good tool to employ at your end. Since the ease of installation and use is pretty great.
