Great hrms tool for hr manager
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use as a daily not too complex to understand , best search engine , best ability to organization and functional structure of company , maintain records best software ever

Not dislike bt its little costly and payroll need more work

Its make easy starting from the attendence time saving , problem solving

Nothing. Their product is a facade. Don't ever subscribe.
What do you dislike about the product?
After having a deal with our 150 employee org, Darwin Box suddenly started acting pricey and withdrew the deal Citing change in policies' reason. We had given a notice to our existing hrms vendors and now are forced to hastily evaluate,select and deploy another one. They apparently don't know how to handle business.definitely can't handle customer relations. Disgusted to the core. Don't and can't have good wishes and good word to spread Darwin Box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero. They need to address their own problems of adhering to commitments, professionalism, building and maintaining customer relations.

Do not subscribe to them. They are a fraud

Talent Profile, maintains records of everyone within the organization.
Events, letters can be uploaded,
Payslips are readily available to view and download.
Calendar feature to track upcoming holidays for the respective year.
Single Sign On feature works well with Gsuite.
Clock in / Clock out Attendance feature.
Apply Leave requests easily.
Performance appraisal done with in darwinbox.

We need to regularize manually if we forgot to clock off, and it sends a request to manager.

We are using Darwinbox as main app for maintaining our workflow.
To start the day, we are clock-in using darwinbox, this logs our in and out times, we can login with our office email id using OAuth technology.
We use this tool to apply Personal / Sick / Optional Leave request.
Performance Review filling forms.
Ask peers review about a particular employee during performance review.
Has mobile application as well, we can easily clock in and clock out.

Nice app for workflow, light weight, very much productive. easily mark your attendance everyday with a single click. very much recommanded.

DarwinBox has a lot of inbuilt features that gives an idea to the buyer. Also to check if it matches their requirements

Darwin's support system. It takes a lot of time and energy to get the solution for an issue

DB has made the entire HR process easy starting from the Attendance to Exit process of the employee. Time-saving also

The Problem of human resource management, leave cycle, appraisal tuning etc all in one place
Benefits such as effective use and it can be easily integrated with any other tool such as Itilite (travel platform) etc.

If you are looking for great yet ease of use software then you should definitely go for Darwin.

Easy to use and navigate. Simple and intuitive interface. Covers all HR needs in one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the desktop version looks great, the mobile app needs a lot of improvement in terms of speed and UI design. The payroll modules also need some work.

Mostly attendance and leave management. Updating attendance and applying/tracking leaves have become a lot simpler.

-The ability to view the organization structure and Functional structure for the entire company
-One-stop solution for Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Leaves, Reimbursements, Attendance (time-sheet), holidays, etc. So I don't have to open a lot of different apps.

The UI could have been better considering a lot of new-age HCM solutions have these classy designs and user experience

What do you like best about the product?
Its one of the cost effective solutions for all your organizational needs. From HR policies to employee referral everything can be integrated with the help of darwinbox . Its a unified and centralized control for all the applications. Its easy to use and beautiful with its user interface . Its very intuitive in its design, so one can access all the applications integrated with eh click of a button, It enables quick access to plethora of features and supports mobile and PC compatibility, So we can easily access it from anywhere with out any hassle . I use it with my smartphone, office computer and even my personal computer without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are certain bugs in the application which doesn't record the data properly or simply skips recording it. It definitely needs some improvement in this regard otherwise its awesome in every other aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it in our previous organization which felt simple and easy to use compared to that of other HR applications like people soft. It was easy to search through options and even we can customize it according to our need to have quick access to some tools / applications. Finally it saved us a lot of time in submitting/filling time sheets and applying leaves etc which is slower and difficult to use in an application like people soft.

I will absolutely recommend it as a cost effective solution to small to large organizations because of its competitive pricing and simple user interface.
