Customer Support Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
The system is pretty user friendly and self-explanatory for the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support needs improvement and they are not always available. Not sure if they need to hire more people to work in customer support or what the issue is. Customs could also be improved as well as the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for a cloud-based HR system. Cloud based helps make it easily accessible.

Simplicity of the dashboard that keeps reminding pending jobs
Performance management tools
Document repository

What do you dislike about the product?
Software seems quite slow than other tools that have been used in the past
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything related to an employee (self) is located in on place and with a few clicks employees can access policies, leaves details, performance, directory etc.
It is a great way to organise one's requirements.

Its an easy to use HRMS and especially for younger organisations and start ups this tool can be of great value.
