Smooth Setup, Easy to Use but Attendance Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Darwinbox allows me to easily manage my punch in and punch out, and handle my payslips conveniently. Everything like communication and attendance can be marked in the Go Tab in the box. It’s great that you can raise a ticket or reimbursement request directly through the platform without needing to send manual emails. I find the software pretty smooth, and it's simple and easy to use, making it user-friendly, even for new joiners. I also appreciate the ease of implementing Darwinbox, as it was 100% straightforward to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess, the only thing that doesn't work is a few of the things when it comes to attendance. Sometimes it lags a bit. And, actually, after even signing up, it shows that you have not punched in, and it shows you as absent. That is the major area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox makes it easy to manage punch in/out and payslips, raise tickets for issues, and avoid the hassle of emails. The platform is smooth and user-friendly, making onboarding simple, even for new joiners.

I liked about the attendance management, like i can log in log out and check the details apply leaves i can see the available holidays etc.

Nothing to dislike as per me, because i believe everything is there in the darwin box itself. There may be some more features that can be addedd.

sometimes the system feels slow, and few features are a bit complex for new users, and the setup takes time, and occasional technical issues and faster customer support required, and reports are not always easy to customize and sometimes interface feels crowded at times,

Sometimes it's a bit lagging and slow, especially related to daily check-in and when applying for leave, it's very slow. The initial setup was somewhat difficult.

I find using Darwinbox easy, especially for renewing employee contracts. It allows me to renew my employees' contracts easily. The setup and training process was also very simple. Working with Darwinbox is very effective because everything is just right.
