What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox is very user friendly and it gives very accurate results. It is a best software in market for Payroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
it will automatically apply unpaid leave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the accurate data about the employees attendance and working hrs. It also help us to get the payroll on time.
Easy setup, impressive salary tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to view the contact details of anyone in my organization using Darwinbox, which allows me to communicate with them for work. This feature enhances transparency and effectiveness in my work. Additionally, viewing my monthly salary slip is very useful for me as it not only shows how much salary I have received but also displays how many leaves I have and the reasons for any deductions in my salary. This information helps me stay aware of my salary and absences. These two features make Darwinbox a valuable tool for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Darwinbox mobile app sometimes hangs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Darwinbox to record my attendance, view contacts in the organization, and obtain payslip information. It helps me contact colleagues for work and provides information about my leave and salary status.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how Darwinbox has revolutionized our HR operations. It has streamlined and automated key functions such as Leave Management, Attendance regularization, Claims, and Onboarding, which we previously managed manually in Excel. The integration of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, performance, and employee data into a single system is incredibly beneficial, as it prevents the need for re-entering details manually when advancing through different stages of employee management. This comprehensive integration not only reduces administrative overhead but also enhances overall efficiency. I also appreciate the platform's functionality from my previous experience with it in another organization. Based on my use, I would definitely recommend Darwinbox as it impressively meets our operational needs, earning a top recommendation score of 10 from me.

Easy and Convenient Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use Darwinbox. Everything from applying for leave to checking salary slips is in one place, and it saves a lot of time. The clean design and mobile app make it super convenient too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Darwinbox really useful, but a few areas could be smoother. For example, some menus take a bit of time to load or require multiple clicks to find what I’m looking for. If the interface were a bit more intuitive, it would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Darwinbox, we had to handle a lot of things through emails or different systems. Now everything—like leave, payroll, performance, and approvals—is centralized. It’s made work much easier and helps me stay organized without chasing multiple tools.

The biggest strength is its high degree of customization; it can be tailored for complex organizational needs. The mobile app is also quite handy for employees, enabling self-service actions like leave applications, approvals, and quick access to payslips.

The UI/UX could be more modern and intuitive. Some processes feel a bit click-heavy, and first-time users often require training to navigate effectively. Integration with third-party systems is improving, but still not always seamless. Reporting dashboards could be more visually appealing and provide deeper analytics without heavy customization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Darwinbox's updated version is better and that I don't need to open the website because we have a good app. Applying leave is easy without complication, and the app accurately shows locations and organizational activity through feeds. I can see who is available and who is not on leave, and notifications remind me to regularize. The simple login steps with no complications also make it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets hung, but the updated Darwinbox is better. Also, it sometimes takes late to load, and I'm not sure if it's my network issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Darwinbox for attendance, calendar, leave management, and all HR features. It's easier to apply for leave, track accurate locations, and see availability due to the feeds. The app means no need to open a website. Notifications remind me to regularize.

We regularly use this application for official use it's quite user friendly and easily understandable by first time user too.
