You can handle your complete recruitment process.
From job posting, sourcing, selection, feedbacks, offer generation, etc can be done on it.
With help of AI part, it screens relevent CVs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it feels complex. Every company has its own set of processes and becomes hard to integrate on it. Can be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am from the recruitment team- so for me sourcing to offer letter journey was recoreded on the same platform.
Things get automated and saves your time sending reminders mail too.
Hiring became more transparent and performance can be evaluated easily.

User and Employee friendly: Great HR tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox is a very user friendly HRMS tool, it is very easy to use with lots of features that helps employees for smooth learning and also the HR team for smooth functioning and naviagation of all the operational and management functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it has alot of feature as compared to the other HRMS tools in the market but it is a little higher side on the cost, which makes it very restricted to be used in all the level of the companies as all the organizations cannot purchase full version of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through DB we streamlined HR process. Daily Attendance, Leave process. Onbaording the set of candidates and employees Performance life cycle.These solutions save me time on administrative tasks, enhance my focus on strategic initiatives, and improve engagement with the platform, making my role more effective and rewarding.

our Org uses Darwinbox dashboard where all employee track their leave balance & apply, Salary slips, Emp—performance cycle, Investment proofs, Org. structure and etc.

The web application has more features than the Mobile application. page load slowly

Login system. now, people can easily login from the Mobile application without entering login credentials, and they simply scan the QR code provided by the Darwinbox and they simply log into the dashboard.

Simple and smooth tool for automating day-to-day HR processes such as daily login, leave management, and attendance. It offers a strong data protection layer.
It has been more than a year since using Darwinbox on a daily basis.
Best thing I really like is easy mobile access. No need to remember and reset passwords as the mobile application works through QR Code.
All the tasks such as raising tickets, tracking them, and managing leave are easy to do. You can assign and find goals/tasks for timely reviews of employee performance. It is easy to navigate. All HR documents and feedback can be accessed through a single click on both the mobile and web applications. I personally find it very user-friendly and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
Many things related to employee management can be handled at this portal. For example performance management, goals, attendance. I also like how applied leaves are automatically synced and adjusted with attendance

UI is not very intuitive. You have to spend some time look yo find the exact thing you are looking for

Darwin box provide integrated solution for all HR related things like ATS, attendance management, employee goal setting, performance and talent management.
