Nice software
What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox has an intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface, which makes it simple for employees at all levels to use without extensive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be a bit slow to load, especially when accessing analytics or large reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox integrates these functions in one platform: attendance, leave, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, analytics, etc.

checking payslips, or updating personal details smooth for employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently report that the platform can be slow at times, especially during peak usage hours or when accessing large datasets.

Automates these workflows with smart approvals, digital attendance, and integrated payroll, Processes like attendance tracking, payroll, or approvals were paper-based or required manual input

can't able to apply in one go for all the dates need to apply for each individual dates

The only one problem i'm facing all the time , we cant able to apply attendance regularization in bulk i have to apply the attendance for each and individual dates

What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox has a very user-friendly interface that makes it easy for employees and HR teams to navigate. The mobile app is particularly useful - it's intuitive and allows quick actions like applying for leaves, attendance tracking, or checking payslips on the go. I also like how customizable the workflows are, which helps adapt the platform to our internal processes without much technical intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system can be slightly slow, especially during peak usage or when processing bulk data. Also, while the platform has a lot of features, not all of them are intuitive at first - especially modules like performance management and recruitment tracking. Some training or support is needed to get fully up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox has helped us digitize and streamline our HR operations - from onboarding and attendance to payroll and performance management. Earlier, we used a mix of Excel sheets and legacy tools; now everything is centralized. It’s reduced manual intervention, improved data accuracy, and made the HR team more efficient overall.

At darwin box app it is very easy to operate at darwinbox, where easy to handle and all the attendence and employee data is accessable.
What do you dislike about the product?
at darwin box i find the performance feedback for employee is very difficult where all the data is pushed under one tab.
