What do you like best about the product?
One of best HRMS applications I have ever used. Managing various HR tasks are so easy and it makes my work so efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sections where you cant edit data once deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking candidate data, application tracking, easily accessible data of employees.

Sometimes approvals won't get acknowledged otherwise Nothing. I have loved using it.

It has multiple features that can be used as a bridge between employee and their organisation all at one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there are very minimal or i can say i didnt come across any downsides in darwin box even though i used it very frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwin box serves as an all purpose tool to connect employees with their organisation. It is an one stop destination to many things like attandace and leave tracking, pay roll details, compensation details and performance reviews as well. This makes the life of an employee much more easier rather than going in search of multiple tools for every different thing.

Best HRMS form Attendace to Recruitment all in one product with all lastest features from ip restriction to geo location. ease to use
What do you dislike about the product?
i am using this for last 2 months til date i have never seen any drawback in this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before darwinbox we are using some different HRMS in that product we have do alot of manual work but after we have migrate your HRMS to darwinbox we all in one solution in which we can see the Attendance, Leave,Reimbursement, Recruitment, employee details and many more thing is availble in single page.

What do you like best about the product?
All the details and documents are easily available and it is very easy to raise request and tag people in the requests. Personal as well as professional details are present together. It is easy to find company and indicidual hierarchical struture.
What do you dislike about the product?
There must be a change in viewing options, especially the view in attendance tab view. It needs to change everytime I want to check the total time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all the documents at one place which makes it handy for me to find whatever when I need and not to go browse for it here and there. Also with this it helps in raising attendance related requests thus all this can be done in one place, the integration helps a lot. All the HR work can be done at one place itself.

I think DarwinBox really offered majority of options/ configurations for my organisation which in return helped me use manu functions for the benefit of my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing sometimes and a lot of time complex, it took a new comer like me a lot of time to understand all of its functions

I think DarwinBox helped me gain idea about a lot of functions and it's seamless integration to LinkedIn Recruiter helped me gain a lot of applications.

A unified platform that covers the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The performance, attendance, payroll, expenses, and benefits of my employees can be easily tracked and managed by me on a single dashboard.
Highly configurable and adaptable to any scale of hiring. Custom workflows, requisitions, offer letters, and job postings that suit my organization’s needs and preferences can be created by me. It can also be integrated with various data sources and platforms to streamline my hiring process.

Also has a voice bot, a collaboration platform, and a rewards program that enhances the engagement and satisfaction of my employees.

The web application has more features than the mobile app, which makes it annoying for users who prefer to use the mobile app more.
Sometimes, the system sends wrong emails that the person is absent, even when they have applied for work from home and are waiting for approval. This could be a bug and can be resolved via updates.
The product does not offer alternative solutions in case of any errors, and the solutions provided are inclined towards following a manual approach.
The selection of dates for attendance requests is a bit confusing, and sometimes the current date is updated accidentally when a different date is selected in the attendance request form.
The product lacks some features like organization-level messages and bulk approval of leaves.
