What do you like best about the product?
For the past 2.5 years, I have been using Darwinbox. It has a very user-friendly interface and it's very easy to use. It helps me track my day-to-day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Darwinbox takes a few time to load data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox has automated the HR process by managing all the relevant business data at one platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help to Build the HR operations in the single platform and it will help to employees to reach out all the HR related functionality in the single platform eg: attandance tracking,payroll, goal setting , learning portal and more other
Good tool for people management, and HR.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like in Darwinbox is, it have all features at one screen. I can apply leave, check payroll details, I can do clock in clock out, also can setup my goals, and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Darwinbox is well designed tool, have great functional features, but they can improve UI, UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox helping us to do all HR and buisness releted task at one dashboard (screen). That's really helpful and time saving.
A good tool to manage payroll related stuff and leave managers

Good tool to see the payroll related information, employee attendance

Nithing as such. Good experience so far.

Poor Product and Poor Service
What do you like best about the product?
The sales team is good at selling the product. That is where the good things end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bad implementation experience, bad UI & UX, configurations getting broken in production on its own due to product deployments, terrible customer service. Basically everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution was supposed to act as a full fledged HRMS for us. We are ending up doing most of the products manually and all the data is messed up.

What do you like best about the product?
One of best HRMS applications I have ever used. Managing various HR tasks are so easy and it makes my work so efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sections where you cant edit data once deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking candidate data, application tracking, easily accessible data of employees.

Sometimes approvals won't get acknowledged otherwise Nothing. I have loved using it.

It has multiple features that can be used as a bridge between employee and their organisation all at one place!

To be honest there are very minimal or i can say i didnt come across any downsides in darwin box even though i used it very frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwin box serves as an all purpose tool to connect employees with their organisation. It is an one stop destination to many things like attandace and leave tracking, pay roll details, compensation details and performance reviews as well. This makes the life of an employee much more easier rather than going in search of multiple tools for every different thing.
