Wonderful and user friendly experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I have had an excellent experience using Darwinbox over the past few years for managing attendance and applying for leaves. The platform is highly user-friendly, offering intuitive navigation and a seamless interface. Its features are well-designed, making it easy to handle various HR-related tasks efficiently. Overall, Darwinbox stands out for its simplicity and functionality, which significantly enhances the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few bugs in some of the functionality.

It gives details about personal information ,salary structure and saves important hr related documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it less overwhelming for users, even if they’re not super tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can sometimes feel a bit complex when you’re first starting out. While it’s user-friendly overall, some of the more advanced features might require a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're trying to set up custom workflows or reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the biggest benefit has been the automation of routine tasks, like approvals or reminders, which saves a lot of time and reduces human error.

works very slow if their is low signal or network, even post getting high network it performs low

Darwinbox helps in transparently tracking real time information. A palce to store all your HR polcieis and documnets for employees to access at their own time. Notifications and nudges to prompt employees to take certain action. Updates on attendance , leaves, payroll etc

Everything, I have used its onboarding to exit module and it contains everything which helps an HR for the smooth process regarding HR works

Sometime I have faced some glitches like adding address or other details of employees not taking in one time

Easy to use and extremly well designed user Interface with a support chat bot.Its comprehensive and user-friendly HR management platform. It covers a wide range of HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and performance management, all within a single system. The self-service options for employees and managers are another big plus, empowering users to access and manage their own HR information easily. Additionally, the platform's mobile app makes it convenient for users to manage tasks on the go, which is especially helpful for a remote or dispersed workforce.

The self-service features allow employees to manage their own data, request leaves, track attendance, and access payslips without needing HR intervention, which saves time and enhances employee satisfaction.
An almost complete tool for employee tracking!

It is an overall package which is very helpful to track an employee's performance, attendance, payroll - whatnot?

It doesn't allow us to change the overall progress during the entire quarter. You are allowed to edit the progress only at some points in the quarter.

A single tool that allows you to manage everything. There is no dependency on any other tool if you are using this.

Sometime it feels complex. Every company has its own set of processes and becomes hard to integrate on it. Can be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am from the recruitment team- so for me sourcing to offer letter journey was recoreded on the same platform.
Things get automated and saves your time sending reminders mail too.

What do you like best about the product?
Darwinbox is a very user friendly HRMS tool, it is very easy to use with lots of features that helps employees for smooth learning and also the HR team for smooth functioning and naviagation of all the operational and management functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it has alot of feature as compared to the other HRMS tools in the market but it is a little higher side on the cost, which makes it very restricted to be used in all the level of the companies as all the organizations cannot purchase full version of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through DB we streamlined HR process. Daily Attendance, Leave process. Onbaording the set of candidates and employees Performance life cycle.These solutions save me time on administrative tasks, enhance my focus on strategic initiatives, and improve engagement with the platform, making my role more effective and rewarding.
