Its interface is very easy and we can able to navigate ourself without any tutorials or any assistance

What do you like best about the product?
our Org uses Darwinbox dashboard where all employee track their leave balance & apply, Salary slips, Emp—performance cycle, Investment proofs, Org. structure and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web application has more features than the Mobile application. page load slowly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Login system. now, people can easily login from the Mobile application without entering login credentials, and they simply scan the QR code provided by the Darwinbox and they simply log into the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and smooth tool for automating day-to-day HR processes such as daily login, leave management, and attendance. It offers a strong data protection layer.
It has been more than a year since using Darwinbox on a daily basis.
Best thing I really like is easy mobile access. No need to remember and reset passwords as the mobile application works through QR Code.
All the tasks such as raising tickets, tracking them, and managing leave are easy to do. You can assign and find goals/tasks for timely reviews of employee performance. It is easy to navigate. All HR documents and feedback can be accessed through a single click on both the mobile and web applications. I personally find it very user-friendly and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
Many things related to employee management can be handled at this portal. For example performance management, goals, attendance. I also like how applied leaves are automatically synced and adjusted with attendance

UI is not very intuitive. You have to spend some time look yo find the exact thing you are looking for

Darwin box provide integrated solution for all HR related things like ATS, attendance management, employee goal setting, performance and talent management.

For the past 2.5 years, I have been using Darwinbox. It has a very user-friendly interface and it's very easy to use. It helps me track my day-to-day activities.

Darwinbox takes a few time to load data.

It help to Build the HR operations in the single platform and it will help to employees to reach out all the HR related functionality in the single platform eg: attandance tracking,payroll, goal setting , learning portal and more other

The best thing I like in Darwinbox is, it have all features at one screen. I can apply leave, check payroll details, I can do clock in clock out, also can setup my goals, and many more.

Darwinbox is well designed tool, have great functional features, but they can improve UI, UX.

Darwinbox helping us to do all HR and buisness releted task at one dashboard (screen). That's really helpful and time saving.
