"Darwinbox has made our life easier "
What do you like best about the product?
It has amazing feature of users enrollment where you can put all the data in on go using its bulk import feature.Even we it creates org chat automatically,We just need to add the names of manager on profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes lot of time to load in pages .Also its little completef gfor someone who has just started .And to search on function we need to jungle around.otherwise it is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in maintaining Data.Also we have option of payroll which resolves the issue of doing things manually.Also we have option of digital sign using that we need not to do any sort of hard copy.you can sign documents digitally over darwinbox

What do you like best about the product?
As I am in the HR team, a HRMS place a very important part in our work.
It's been almost 2 years since I am using it and my life has become so easy as I don't have to keep a track of multiple repositories.
It takes care of overall employee lifecycle in just few clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Teh interface is not that user friendly. There are multiple places where the Backend team can to make the experience more seamless and friendly. One of the recommendation will be if possible they should work the recruitment model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping thr HR community at it's best. Overall employee life cycle is been taken care by the software.
I am using it for the recruitment purpose and now I don't have to keep a manual note of each and everything. It saves my time a lot as I don't have to juggle between multiple sheets.

I like all the features/modules of the Darwinbox. It is the one-stop solution for the entire HRM system.
The modules are easy to use, and we can also integrate external API for personalized requirements.

It helps in automating the entire HR process. Saving a lot of time and hence cost-effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to use and user friendly. And we can integrate multiple tools and application. And solves most of the HR realted solutions. And its self explanatory to use for the employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting solutions can be improved. And we found difficult to integrate appraisal process and defining KRA for employees.

It helps reduce the burden of managing and working on different tools. And multiple application can be integrated. User friendly for Mobile and system both. And easier to manage employee life cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Well I like how I cam browse through company policies , employee details apply leaves , onboarding and separation and also how I can integrate it with other softwares like Microsoft teams as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well I tried to search holidays in the search tab and I clicked on view holiday calendar and it took me to my leave balances. So that mapping couldn't have been named correctly and connected.

It gives me one stop solution from onboarding to payrolls, attendance, leaves , performance management , employee searching through the database and a lot more features

The User Interface and the simplicity of the software make it the best to use HRMS at an affordable price.

The application slows down sometimes, and it is not able to resolve the issues at earliest.

Darwinbox can simplify the employee onboarding experience as well as the employee engagement experience; it helps in keeping the employees up to date regarding any new policies and modifications regarding the policies.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple yet powerful, all the required features handy and useful. The org chart, payroll, ITR, leave process all are easy to use. DBs competitors are very far behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike when there was no SSO login, now that they have added SSO, there are no dislikes. Maybe UI changes every now and then keep users attracted to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easing employee joining & separation, Employee management in a team, Leave applying, Clock in - out. Tax filing, Performance management, Salary management, Payslips. All these features are brought into one tool and this is saving time, money etc.
