What do you like best about the product?
A unified platform that covers the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The performance, attendance, payroll, expenses, and benefits of my employees can be easily tracked and managed by me on a single dashboard.
Highly configurable and adaptable to any scale of hiring. Custom workflows, requisitions, offer letters, and job postings that suit my organization’s needs and preferences can be created by me. It can also be integrated with various data sources and platforms to streamline my hiring process.
5-star candidate and employee experience is provided. Has a user-friendly interface and a mobile app that make it easy to access and use the software anytime, anywhere. Also has a voice bot, a collaboration platform, and a rewards program that enhances the engagement and satisfaction of my employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
The web application has more features than the mobile app, which makes it annoying for users who prefer to use the mobile app more.
Sometimes, the system sends wrong emails that the person is absent, even when they have applied for work from home and are waiting for approval. This could be a bug and can be resolved via updates.
The product does not offer alternative solutions in case of any errors, and the solutions provided are inclined towards following a manual approach.
The selection of dates for attendance requests is a bit confusing, and sometimes the current date is updated accidentally when a different date is selected in the attendance request form.
The product lacks some features like organization-level messages and bulk approval of leaves.

As such, nothing but yes—not to forget that the front dashboard can be more informative than others.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The Leaves feature. Easy to apply leaves on Darwinbox also, the clockin feature is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent logins. SOmetimes it wont be automatically logged in. SO i have to log in again

Salary slips, Clock ins, Leave applications and constant track of working days.
Great time keeping crm
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about darwin is that i can check my attendance and regularize it on the go. I also really like that there's a mobile application which makes it even easier to use and keep track of your day to day login activities. It also reminds me to login and log out for the day and i personally find it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It has everything i would want from a time keeping crm to have. It is easy to use and does not require a technical training to understand the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep a track of my attendance and payroll. One of the features i like is, it keeps me informed about my peers in the organization and helps me connect with them if need be. I also like the reminder feature for attendance.

What do you like best about the product?
It has amazing feature of users enrollment where you can put all the data in on go using its bulk import feature.Even we it creates org chat automatically,We just need to add the names of manager on profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes lot of time to load in pages .Also its little completef gfor someone who has just started .And to search on function we need to jungle around.otherwise it is nice.

It is helpful in maintaining Data.Also we have option of payroll which resolves the issue of doing things manually.Also we have option of digital sign using that we need not to do any sort of hard copy.you can sign documents digitally over darwinbox

What do you like best about the product?
As I am in the HR team, a HRMS place a very important part in our work.
It's been almost 2 years since I am using it and my life has become so easy as I don't have to keep a track of multiple repositories.
It takes care of overall employee lifecycle in just few clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Teh interface is not that user friendly. There are multiple places where the Backend team can to make the experience more seamless and friendly. One of the recommendation will be if possible they should work the recruitment model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping thr HR community at it's best. Overall employee life cycle is been taken care by the software.
I am using it for the recruitment purpose and now I don't have to keep a manual note of each and everything. It saves my time a lot as I don't have to juggle between multiple sheets.
