Best software for Employees
What do you like best about the product?
As an employee, i use this software in my current company, and it is fantastic because it gives me every single detail of me Attendance, leaves, holidays, Clock in and Clock out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issue till now using this app because it's light version in my phone as well as in my laptop and it keeps my all employment details which i can see anytime anywhere also it's secured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwin Box helps me track my attendance and apply for Leaves, Holidays and much more in one place; it also it's easy to use on a mobile phone, and it quite comfortable and helpful for me.

I use Darwinbox as HR software for NO BROKER TECHNOLOGIES PVT LIMITED, one of the leading proptech! Darwin Box is used for all significant employee HR activities such as human resource management; performance management; managing learning and development; human resources analysis; the organization. Perspectives on identity structure and management.
What we love about this software is that it adapts easily to our growing organization. Its scalable features (such as payroll management) mean we don't have to rely on other third-party software and can quickly adapt it to the needs of our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like about Darwinbox as it constantly improves its product, making it unique in the industry like its major competitors. It adapts easily to our growing organization with its scalable features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Darwinbox provides human resource management solutions for new-age businesses and competes with established software in the market. We use Darwin Box for the complete end-to-end employee lifecycle - onboarding, Human Resource Management, performance management and offshoring. Also, for training and development, administration and analysis of rewards and recognition.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access for all the required data like payslips, salary structure, take structure etc. A user-friendly interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app for Darwin box needs to be updated. Just supports a few basic operations and has limited viewing access

Darwinbox has helped my org to streamline the HR process right from onboarding to offboarding an employee. The HR system has all the details pertaining to an employee during his/her tenure at the org

The most efficient and best HRMS software I have used. The UI itself so cool and customisable.

No downsides or least helpful things i have gone through.

A good HRMS solution for the organisation.
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly GUI and the all the organisation's HR work is at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still in early you can feel at some point not that big issue bu still some small bugs are there.

Very easy log in logout for the attendance you can use all the fldarwin box features on PC as well as on you Android device.
It is a one-stop platform to view and manage attendance compensation, hiring and leaves.

It makes documents related to compensation and tax easily accessible. The best part is that I get to see detailed breakdowns of tax deductions and various salary components every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IT declaration feature could be simplified further to provide a better user experience. The organization structure chart is not responsive and does not adapt to specific screens.

It is a suite of applications to integrate and manage all HR-related stuff in one place. It helps me stay updated with all new policies and structural changes within my organization.

No downsides. It is extremely well and good.

Here you can maintain your payroll activities, leaves, approvals, appraisals etc
Great tool to structure Hierarchical teams and their information
What do you like best about the product?
Hierarchical representation displayed in a tree based style makes it really easy to navigate and view colleagues information such as contacts and their heads etc within internal and cross teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attendance button to log-in and logout does not tell about the current state i.e logged-in or logged-out. For this you have to hover the mouse over the click button which then displays the current state toast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has benefitted in rolling out appraisals and promotion to employees where they can accept the same plus leave approvals are a lot easier to handle without too much information exchange which saves time.
Along with these handling access to the portal is also helpful in restricting services to employees working in a part time or contractual basis

DarwinBox - The HR Software for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
We used Darwinbox as our HR Software at Swiggy - one of the world's largest Food Delivery Companies and currently valued at over USD 10 Bn! Darwin box was used for all major HR Activities for EMployees like HR Management; Performance Management; L&D Management; HR ANalytics; Org. structure views; and Recognition management. What we liked about this software was that it was easily scalable as the Org size increases and its evolving features like Payroll Management meant that we need not depend on further 3rd party software for the same and could easily customize it according to the organization's needs.,
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, in particular, to dislike in Darwinbox as it constantly upgraded its product to be among the nest in class in the industry like its main competitors. The only suggestion is that as the software gains prominence more manuals and process docs can be made available on the net for the general public so that if employees in the organization get stuck on certain tasks they can look for solutions on the net.

Darwinbox is providing HR Management solutions for new-age companies and is competing with established software in the market. We were using Darwin box for the complete end-to-end EMployee Lifecycle - Onboarding; HR Management; Performance management and Exit. Also used for L&D; Rewards and Recognition Management along with analytics.
