Nowsecure is one of the best Mobile scanning tools out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is automated, customer support is fantastic and it has a good number of tests and coverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the customization is not the best, and could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everything is in 1 software. no more need to go and manually do each test individually.

Stand up a mobile program for pentest or appsec, get training, great staff and support.

Could use some features, but company is willing to customize the product and implement suggestions.

The ability to scale while being user-friendly. Dedicated staff with experts actively involved in the Mobile Security field.
What do you dislike about the product?
NowSecure is a powerful tool, but it has limitations. Testing can be complex and very seldom it requires manual intervention. Additionally, the cost of the service can be a challenge for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NowSecure has been pivotal in addressing key challenges in our mobile environment. The tool compensates for any lack of in-house expertise in mobilem security testing. It has significant increased our security posture ensuring our mobile applications are robust against emerging threats. NowSecure has been instrumental in helping us comply with various governmnet mandates. NowSecure has been invaluable for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
- Detailed reports; the tool covers our SAST needs for app scanning resolutely. Once packaged correctly and the scans have finished, we couldn't ask for a more detailed / covering report.
- Customer Service; Engaging and attentive.
Bluntly put, our iOS app is a core part of our product offering, and NowSecure helps us ensure quality and security of this. As is standard practice, we've integrated this into our build and release cycles, and its not playing an important part in improving our security posture.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Integrations could use improvement (e.g., greater CLI support) - worth noting the team are actively working on that and have been engaging with us directly for feedback.
- Scans take a little while to run, but again, so do many of the other tools on the market so this isn't a show stopper.

As mentioned above, this covers our iOS app testing needs wholly. The scanner itself is top tier.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've encountered some minor challenges with the application advanced assessments. In some instances, the platform failed to complete an assessment leading to partial results/reports. However, that gets resolved after running two or three more assessments. Overall, I highly recommend NowSecure to any organization looking to bolster their mobile application security and mitigate potential risks effectively.

NowSecure provides detailed reports and actionable insights that empowers my security team to make informed decisions and prioritize security measures effectively, leading to a more robust and secure mobile application ecosystem.
Also, the new app monitoring feature recently released by NowSecure gives us the ability to run an assessment on an app once a new build release is deployed or continuously monitor it for new versions on the app store

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive to get started instantly, and then you can build integrations and complex security supply chains to fit your organisations flows very smoothly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The scans take a while to run but at the end of it, the reports are very detailed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mobile applications are a critical part of our offering, and having these apps as secure as our web apps is essential, therefore using NowSecure, we can identify and remediate vulnerabilities in our apps before getting shipped to the app store, the same way we do it for any other web application.
One of the good mobile sec tools in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I used mobile secure in previous organization and have also seen several others using the tool. It has very good scanning rules to detect vulnerabilities in mobile applications. It also has good integration points into SDLC. Their support team is really good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be made more user friendly. However, it is not bad either.

It solves mobile app security testing need.
Fantastic Mobile App Vulnerability Assessment Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Now Secure is a top-notch security vulnerability assessment platform for mobile applications and delivers comprehensive and reliable results. I love its wide range of scanning capabilities, intuitive interface, and great reports. It also has many integration options, and I love that Now Secure has an academy for training and knowledge transfer. Great platform!

I can't think of anything off the top of my head.

The platform solves the problem of accurately and quickly assessing mobile applications, which it does very well.

What do you like best about the product?
NowSecure is part of our SDLC process. Every time we release an app, we perform an assessment using NowSecure against common application vulnerabilities. Evaluation provides us independent insight into our application and any risk areas, so we can mitigate accordingly. We are more confident about app security than before. Their support is very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any major dislikes. Adding multiple projects and sharing files in the portal UI can be improved.

It increased our level of confidence after addressing the risks identified during the evaluation.
