All the information about orders directions contact numbers an asset mapping is that your fingertips! Fairly easy to use and complete task work on a phone, tablet or PC

What do you dislike about the product?
They sadly, it seems there is no communication or input from those using the application in the field.
Sadly, Kloudgon will often dump monthly "updates" WITHOUT informing its customers or even beta testing it to see it's obvious mistakes. It's a great new company, but you're the guinea pig.
Training, videos, or documentation seems to be severely lacking... actually totally nonexistent
Kloudgin builds the product, but you will have to be the in-house expert in order to use it and train your staff. It's a great tool, but if something goes wrong, you'll need to tell Kloudgin, bc they won't ask.
If Kloudgin disagrees, feel free to ask for posts, links or even online training... I'm not seeing it.
