What do you like best about the product?
An exceptional email client, capable of helping me manage emails, allowing me "Superhuman" performance. It really allows you to have not just 1 but many more gears!
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, really every little aspect is functional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows you to manage the multiplicity of communications!

What do you like best about the product?
I throoughly enjoy the read status tracking and the latest sales and salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to connect it directly to our CRM with an API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually I stopped using any other email sofrware besides this one

A different way of thinking about email

What do you like best about the product?
It took me a while to rewire my brain to the Superhuman way of working, but once I did, I don't feel like I can ever go back to other email clients. The interface is extremely clean and the interactions are flawlessly smooth. The shortcuts are a killer feature. Once you get them in your head, you can fly through emails so much faster. The snippets feature is also fantastic as you can create templates and add them to your emails with just a couple of key presses - very useful when youy find yourself sending similar emails many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for me is no iCloud support, or alternatively IMAP support. I currently have a redirect setup to allow me to view my icloud emails in Superhuman but it's not the ideal solution. I do understand that Superhuman is mainly aimed at business users however so iCloud support doesn't really make sense there, but as a solopreneur I like to be able to check all my emails in one place, so that would be the only improvement for me, but it's probably very specific to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time. Helps me stay on top of client emails more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Its streamlined interface and lightning-fast performance enhance productivity. Time-saving features like read statuses, follow-up reminders, and scheduled sending improve email management. Personalization options allow users to customize shortcuts and workflows, optimizing efficiency. Its robust search capabilities facilitate quick access to crucial information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to the shortcuts!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes emails take up much less time in my day! Even composing emails is not something I enjoy so features like snippets and now AI help to cut down minutes from each email which really adds up

What do you like best about the product?
easy and intuitive commands, ability to split inboxes and set reminder for myself
What do you dislike about the product?
1. loading on google drive documents / pdf is slow compared to using gmail (which is my business email client).
2. sometimes emails don't load which forces me to load the email on gmail
3. not great integration with g drive, id like to open gslides/gdoc via superhuman on my phone; the current experience: forces me to login again to gdrive > 2 factor authentication > go back to superhuman, realize i have to restart then realize i have to open safari > opening safari after 2FA > load document; my ideal experience: click document > loads natively in superhuman app
4. long email threads are impossible to scroll through; hard to find attachments embedded in thread; want to easily jump between prev / new email in thread
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
productivity; following up on key emails; keeping me on top of all my emails

The fact that I sat here for 30 seconds thinking about "what I dislike" and still came up empty speaks volumes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CEO, I have a very high volume of e-mail, many things to get done... Superhuman allows me to almost never drop a ball, and that's magical.

What do you like best about the product?
Zero inbox is something that you can achieve with superhuman. I am using it as the main mail tool and it's working in a good way. Super intuitive and with a lot of shortcuts
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much customization is possible with Super Human. The referral system is not working correctly in most of the cases. And they don't have a startup plan for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
It's clean feel, and the ability to filter out only the most important emails. This is the best service I've subscribed to in recent memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I have never had a product as customer focused as Superhuman. They are always asking for our feedback and continuously improving the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time going through hundreds of emails, most of which aren't important or relevant to my day to day work/life.

Fastest, cleanest email client ever!

What do you like best about the product?
First, Superhuman has the worlds greatest onboarding process ever. I've been using Superhuman for about 7 years now and I still remember my onboarding like it was yesterday! The personalization, support, and care that they put into making sure I understood how to best utilize this tool was next level! I also love the clean UI of Superhuman. Most email clients are so busy and ugly. As a designer, I choose my productivity tools based on UI and UX design. I also love the hotkeys and how easy it is to quickly navigate through my inbox to reach Inbox Zero. I think the smallest features are what continue to keep me satisfied, like read receipts and easy in-app unsubscribe functionality. It's super convenient to have all of my different email addresses connected to one app! I've recommended Superhuman to so many folks. I remember that I almost ended my subscription and the account manager reminded me that even though it's $30/mo that's only $1/day for better productivity—cheaper than a cup of coffee. After that, I've never looked back!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside I have is that I still have to manage my email signatures in my Gmail Settings rather than being able to update them in the app intself. I honestly don't have much critiques. I once worked for a company that was still using Microsoft Outlook (yuck) and I provided feedback that I'd like to be able to connect my Outlook account to Superhuman. They didn't have the funcitonality at the time, but they built it out and informed me as soon as it was released. The only other downside I could see if that there is a learning curve to how to get the most out of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is more about time management or and organization. Because of how fast and inutitive Superhuman is on both desktop and mobile, I don't actually feel burdened by my email. I enjoy reading my emails and see it as a really satisfying thing to manage rather than a clunky, overwhelming inbox to sift through.
