What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful interface, quick to use, inserting snippets is so convenient, use of keyboard to navigate emails, mark as done and set reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to search, not an easy advanced search for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send and receive hundreds of emails a day, Superhuman makes it more productive!

What do you like best about the product?
It genuinely has sped up my workflow in ways I didn't know were possible. I can never go back. Being able to use a few quick clicks to sort, organize and reply to the endless amount of emails coming into the 5 inboxes I manage makes a world of a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do wish could be updated is the process of creating subfolders. Right now, I still have to go into gmail to create a folder and move the email there, rather than being able to create it in Superhuman and have it show up in the right place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman makes managing all 5 of my inboxes (clients and owned) so much easier and more seamless. It has allowed me to speed up my workflow and makes organization easier than ever.

The disk storage required of the product became a problem for me when my last computer.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I have gone from hundreds of emails to 0 and normally I would find it an annoying task, especially for work emails but not with superhuman, they changed the experience and enhanced it. Being able to mark emails as done and move forward or set reminders on them has made my time usage so much better and increased productivity that I did not expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the couple of months I have been using superhuman I can say that the only dislike I have is their price, $30 a month is very steep for a monthly subscription but I am able to get over that with their amazing product, support, and developer team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At first, the biggest benefit was being able to manage my inboxes across multiple emails both personal and work, using their methodology I found myself finally being able to clear my inboxes every day and actually getting stuff done. Now with their latest addition of Superhuman AI creating and replying to emails has been even greater I keep finding myself accomplish more and more, and my dislike for work emails has greatly changed.

Superhuman is a game-changer in the realm of email management. It's not just an email client; I use it on daily basis. it's a productivity powerhouse. The speed at which it operates is simply unparalleled, making email management a breeze rather than a chore. The interface is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, making it a joy to use.

The AI-powered features are a standout, allowing you to write entire emails with just a few phrases. It's like having a personal assistant who knows your writing style! The 'Split Inbox' feature is another favourite, helping to prioritize and manage incoming emails effectively.

Superhuman's integration with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter provides valuable insights right within your workflow, making communication more personal and effective.

What is most important is their swift customer support. Send them an email, and they will respond quickly. Did I mention that I even had a human video call onboarding? That was one of the easiest implementations ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to find anything to dislike about Superhuman. It's a well-rounded tool that has been thoughtfully designed with the user's productivity in mind. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the learning curve might be a bit steep for some users due to the abundance of features and shortcuts. However, once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving the problem of email overload and inefficiency. It's helping me manage my inbox more effectively, saving me hours every week that I can now dedicate to more important tasks.

The 'Snooze' feature is a lifesaver, allowing me to declutter my inbox and focus on the emails that need my attention right now. The 'Follow Up' feature ensures I never drop the ball on important communications.

The 'Read Statuses' feature is another boon, providing insights into when and on which device my emails are read, enabling me to follow up with the right message at the right time.

Overall, Superhuman is not just enhancing my productivity; it's transforming my entire email experience, making it more efficient, organized, and stress-free. It's the best tool I've ever used, and I can't recommend it enough!

Expensive, but worth it if you're job calls for it

What do you like best about the product?
Super human lives up to the promise of being really really fast. Like seriously really fast. There are a couple of things that'll make the purchase worth it:
1. Emails are unavoidable for you. Even though I primarily use Slack to talk to my team, I work with a lot of external partners, a lot of whom do not use Slack. There's nothing I can do to cut down on the volume of email I need to handle.
2. You have to like short-cut keys. There's a learning curve for using Superhuman. If you put in the time to use the shortcut keys, it'll be massively worth it. I'd say I use around 20% of the shortcuts available, but that covers most of the work I have to do. If you're not a short-cut key person, then you'll have to get on board or Superhuman is just as good as the Gmail interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you meet the criteria to make Superhuman worth it, then I'd say the only downside is the high cost. I've accepted that Superhuman works for me because it helps keep me responsive to emails. I also use it as a task management tool. I'd recommend it to anyone who has the cash and meets the criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman gives me the ability to triage emails, remind me of follow-up tasks and generally manage my work. I use it to keep up to speed with client responses and most of my external work.

What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts have sped up my work but the reminders are lifechanging

Being able to split out the inbox into sections

The reminders mean I can stay on top of everything and chase accordingly when needed. I'm also much more productive as can complete the emailing process much more swiftly

What do you like best about the product?
It has changed the way I use my email. The workflow that the app implements is phenomenal always making sure you have access to functionality you need at your fingertips and you're always on top of your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything you would want to do is easily available through short cuts. The read receipts feature is a god send as well as the quick reply features. The recently introduced AI features has the potential to be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through your email as quickyl and efficiently as possible. Superhuman prescribes a completely new way of handling email through its core feature of split inbox.

I get a lot of email and it previous took a lot of effort to stay on top of things. With Superhuman I have changed my email process and now rarely miss something important.
