Superhuman - Not for All, but All for Some
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman supercharges my emailing to make my productivity that much higher. The snippets reduce my thinking for many emails and just let me go. Emails are meant for communication and alignment, not for pondering over endlessly and it lets me do that. Additionally, Superhuman's save for later and bump ups help clear my mind when I need it then remind me of tasks to be done at the right time. Really supercharges my work and makes email less of a headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what Superhuman is, I think it's a bit pricy. Most of the features are available on Gmail but most gmail users don't know how to set it up until Superhuman coaches them on how to do it within their interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving response times, reducing wasted hours to end up replying the same thing, reducing time finding links, and clearing my head whenever I need it. With the new AI compose feature, it's also helping me write!
Superhuman is my favorite personal productivity tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the shortcuts and how easy it is to use as a personal CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have a combined calendar view between all inboxes and have some metrics around my usage - my snooze rate, how much time I spend on Superhuman, when I send the most emails (aka am the most productive), how long I'm spending drafting a certain email etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes me quicker at responding to emails and staying on top of anything I might have missed. Plus, I'm better at focusing on email since I enjoy the interface.
Blown away by how easy Superhuman is to learn right from the start!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can navigate my email. Learning the commands was easier than I expected. I felt like I was already saving time on the first day. I love that I can have Superhuman remind me of emails at a later time so they don't sit in my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome to mute notifications of email reminders...this may already be an option that I'm not familiar with. This is probably a personal preference!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decluttering my inbox. Organizing my inbox. Helping me process emails quicker with less thought process behind each action taken. I find going through emails less stressful and more efficient with Superhuman.

What do you like best about the product?
How quick I can get through emails. I love the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
When signing in using Google, I wish I wouldnt need to sign out of all instances.

Volume of emails... I love keyboard shortcuts.

i love superhuman and the team behind it. they have built on of the best email clients i have ever used. I'm never changing email clients again. super human forever

Superhuman is the holy grail
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman's speed is unmatched. From the keyboard shortcuts to just the speed the application works. You really can stay in a flow of processing that is just not possible on any other platform. I have tried nearly EVERY single mail application on Mac and iOS and Superhuman's similarity between both is not found anywhere else. I can keep my same workflow on all devices so seemlesssly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides to Superhuman for me. As it grows to accept more email accounts it will work for more and more people. Luckily I am all in on gmail and iOS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sheer insane amount of emails that I am cc'd on and mostly only need to see things that happened and not action on. I am able to split off my inbox using custom splits that help me see the emails that I need to respond to. The tasks that I do need to action on have snippets made so that I can fly through my responses. Anything I don't have a snippet made for, I can help speed up the responses by using their new AI integration which is so seemless and well integrated!
Never Going Back
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features are the copy/paste, snippets, set reminders, and split inbox functionalities. I get through my inbox twice as fast. Their customer service is also incredibly friendly and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. Seriously, they do a fantastic job over there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Superhuman my email was an unorganized disaster that required lots of clicking to work through. Superhuman allows me to quickly triage, navigate with hotkeys, and prioritize effectively. My stress is down, I'm often at inbox zero, and I work much faster.
The absolute best email tool
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage everything effectively by saving my memory for more important tasks. what it also does is that improves my overall output using SPEED
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration to calendar can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed, effiency, Arecent AI capabilities have been incredible, very good search functions, reminders etc
Best way to combine email accounts across different clients!
What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiest way to combine multiple client accounts into one simple, fast applicaiton. Plus, the mobile app is terrific!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point, and I've been looking for a reason but haven't found it.

Linking multiple accounts into one easy to use application.
Top Email Client
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplcity and speed, it allows you to focus on the most important emails.

The mobile app could use some slight improvements to the UX for expanding emails.
