Superhuman has changed my personal and business life
What do you like best about the product?
I can fly through my inbox extremely quick and have more time to handle other tasks that are more important! The idea behind zero inbox is fantastic. Not having a ton of clutter is an amazing thing to see each time I open Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an API to connect to our CRM. the addon to salesforce was a nice option but we no longer use salesforce because of how terrible they are as a company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organized, calendar in my email with smart tools to schedule meetings with automatic links, things like snippets save time for sales type emails.
The primary thing in my opinion is the shortcut keys and not having to use the mouse.

Great product, I enjoy using superhuman on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
integrations with calender, snipits, AI tools (ie thread summarize), sender profile, unsend option, reminder if no reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to change evrnts on the calender from Superhuman

repetitive tasks, saves me a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts are snappy, and I have found no equal among other email clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unfortunate that no Android app exists. I'm not surprised, but it would be productive for me to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman reduces the aversion to getting to those pesky emails that you want to put off without addressing. You can snooze with such little psychological barrier.

What do you like best about the product?
Super fast shortcut-driven email tool that allows anyone to churn through email super fast. it helps remind you to follow up and I only wish there was a tool like this for messaging as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. It is sometimes hard to create events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of too much email. Especially as AI accelerates email, spending all your time trying to reconcile all the emails that come into your inbox would drive anyone crazy.

Superhuman makes email fun to use. I love the thoughtful keyboard shortcuts, reminders, AI responses/summaries and the inbox zero approach.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most common blocker to using Superhuman that i've heard of from friends is the monthly fee. But i also understand that this monthly fee allow them to provide really good support while continuing to make improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to browse through email very quickly. The keyboard shortcuts save me seconds on every email. The reminders and scheduled email take the stress away from having to track reminders in a separate system.
The best email program. Period.

It's a focused email program that takes prodouctivity to the next level. My business would not be succeeding without it.

I think it's got a high bar for entry, the price point. But it's one of the expenses I'll never cut out.

There's a lot of friction usually with my email, and it makes it hard to respond. Superhuman removes that friction.

Keyboard shortcuts and snippets. I can triage 100+ emails in a matter of 2 minutes by deciding to act, save for later, discard, or forward. Amazing

Mobile app isn't as intuitive as the desktop with keyboard but still functional.

Saves major time. Use as my daily to-do list.

Style, General vibe is too serious, too dark.

It is fairly expensive considering how simple an application it is. I wouldn't get it for my whole team just key members.
