Amazing for managing lots of email
What do you like best about the product?
Search is fast, managing emails is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search on mobile could be improved, it does not display on iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of emails and they become very hard to manage. It solves this issue by focusing on new emails and making it easy to action them.
Can't imagine my life without it and it has only been 30 days

It is super fast, and removes my mental effort to remember things

Mobile app is something that they still need to work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my emails is a big pain for me. Superhuman has simplified sorting and managing the inbox. It makes me productive and increases my business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
When I first heard of Superhuman from a colleague, I thought "how could this possibly be that great?" At the time, I was missing some emails that had gotten buried in my inbox, and I had an inbox that was overflowing with email that I hadn't kept up with organizing.
I decided to give Superhuman a try, and I can honestly say that it changed the way I think about emails. It has made it so easy (and not to mention fast) to keep up with emails, prioritize certain email notifications and senders, and has taught me some innovative ways to tag, organize, and reply to emails.
Superhuman makes it easy to attain what they call "Inbox Zero," and not only that, it makes it fun! It is so satisfying at the end of the day, so see a beautiful nature picture, signaling a clean and empty inbox, after replying to a busy work day of emails.
I decided to give Superhuman a try, and I can honestly say that it changed the way I think about emails. What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have anything I particularly dislike. Superhuman does a great job send you emails prompting you to try out new features in your furst few weeks of having the service. However, being as you don't have a keyboard to do keyboard shortcuts on mobile, the mobile app has its own slightly different way of operating. I do believe, that with a little time to learn the functionality and shortcuts on the mobile app more efficiently, that I will love it just as much as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me to stay on top of the large amount of daily emails I recieve, and it helps me to stay in touch/connected with those indiividuals that I need to. The speed, and ease of use of Superhuman has drastically reduced the number of late replies, and has virtually eliminated me missing emails entirely like I had previously been doing at times.
Most efficient email tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reply and organize your inbox. The tool also allows you to stay organized and on-top of priority emails without having to constantly revisit your inbox. The quick functions and commands also provide additional efficiency to my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have on-platform customization such as signatures and integrations. Outside of that, nothing really else to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To not waste too much time composing and organizing emails. In addition, helping professionals like myself save time and allocate that time for other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Productivity increase, Clean Interface, Shortcut Guidance, AI implementation, onboarding and support are handled by a team of Customer Delight Agents, much like a 5 Star Restaurant for which you are supported by not just one waiter but multiple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price at first, But after the first couple of weeks - the investment is much more than a standard email client. Along with the support and onboarding, it quickly showed its value!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking important emails across multiple accounts, faster management, staying focused, and better email authoring.

Can navigate through emails super quickly (without even touching your mouse), and can thus get through responding to important things efficiently. The onboarding is also fantastic

It is a little pricey, but thankfully can be expensed with work stipend

Superhuman is Essential
What do you like best about the product?
The built-in shortcuts and reminder functionality supercharges my workflow. I can't imagine not having access to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar functionality could use some work - I get calendar invites for events I've already accepted an invitation to in Gcal, creating unnecessary work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email used to stress me out. Now I own it.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to master my inbox with intuitive, fun tools. The streaks, and useful declittering utilities that are a keystroke away keep my inbox at zero *always*.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I've had a few bugs in the past, but they've all been resolved for a very long time. There was a bug that lost my inbox zero streak (88 weeks as of today 🔥🔥🔥) but they fixed it within hours of contacting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is taking something that is typically both overwhelming and tedious and making it manageable and fun. Their streaks and inbox zero images are strangely motivating and really help my scattered brain keep my inboxes in check.
