Gives back major mental space
What do you like best about the product?
Previously I was managing my to-do list by "unread" emails, which was quite overwhelming. Superhuman allows me to focus on just the things that need my immediate attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get comfortable with not being able to see everything in my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to focus
Superhuman is a productivity and wellness tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts, responsiveness, customisations, and offline mode.
I recently logged into Gmail again for a different email account and immediately tensed up. It lost connection, lagged, interactions felt slow, after sending an email it took you back to the inbox rather than the next email, it constantly said my internet connection was down.... once you use Superhuman you can never go back!

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which makes Gmail slow are all the plugins and extensions. At the same time those are also it's biggest strength. Superhuman now allows you to e.g. schedule meetings, but I miss for example a Chili Piper / Calendly integration which allows me to suggest meeting times that the other side can respond to. Maybe that'll be built as a feature sometime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my inbox and respond to emails fast.
Superhuman helps me stay on top of everything
What do you like best about the product?
In my role, I handle many different areas of responsibility. Superhuman enables me to triage and manage all of my responsibilities so nothing gets missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, they did not have a windows native app. It was a bit difficult to manage in a browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggle with maintaining all fo the emails that come into my inbox. Superhuman helps me ensure that I respond promptly both to external parties and to my coworkers.
Superhuman supercharges emails
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which emails can be managed - both when it comes to reading and when it comes to writing.
It's also great at segmenting emails into different inboxes / tags so they are easily managed
I love the mobile app!!!

I love the mobile app!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. It's not a free email app as most others are. But also understandable that such an experience couldn't possibly come cost free. So all in all it kinda makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves slow emails - the keyboard shortcuts + the friendly UI + the space command button to bring up any search just makes emails so much easier. I truly found inbox 0 with superhuman
Email on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
I save a lot of time by using Superhuman. If you receive many emails a day (30+) and have to go through them quickly, this is the best alternative in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar integrations aren't that easy to use yet. The learning curve for the product is significant (although it definitely pays off in the long run). The price is also a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman saves me time while going through email, and makes the general UX better since it's blazingly fast. Email is an important part of my student experience and SH makes it more enjoyable.
Once you go Superhuman, you never go back
What do you like best about the product?
I used to live in folder after folder after folder to keep things sorted and organized in my inbox; now, I couldn't ever see myself living in the Outlook folder purgatory ever again. Superhuman does the mental work that I no longer have to do - reminding me of when someone hasn't replied, what to follow-up on, and breezing through morning emails like it's butter. Once you go Superhuman, you never go back.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve up front, but once you conquer it, you're set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cluttered inboxes are gone!
Electronic peace in a few seconds
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to cleanse my email box in a simple and effective way. A completely new outlook on keeping up with emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike a single thing about Superhuman, it's simple interface is a warm welcome. I also love that it mimics Gmail exactly, to the point I'd gladly keep it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not keeping up with emails, making it overflow to the thousands
Superhuman is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant/ freelancer, I'm usually working on several projects at once, plus I have to stay on top of things like invoices, taxes, etc. being able to set up separate invoices for each client has meant I finally feel like I'm on top of my emails. I also love being able to do things like set up a specific inbox for newsletters, so they don't clog up the space where more important/ urgent emails are. Ooh, and being able to have all my email accounts accessible in one place, but still separate from each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
This sounds like a lazy reply, but it's the truth - there nothing I don't like about Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman saves me around 3 hours a week (I worked it out) on email management. That's about a £270 problem it solves for my business every week.
Superhuman is by far the best email client available today.
What do you like best about the product?
The list ofI've been using Super Human and it's been a game-changer! It's incredibly user-friendly and has saved me so much time. It's like having a personal assistant right at my fingertips. Highly recommend giving it a try!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike about the app. The Mac and iPhone native apps are top-notch and I don't remember coming across a bug after using it for three years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Superhuman for some time now and I must say it has been a game-changer. It has saved me so much time and has made my email management so much easier. What I love about Superhuman is that it treats my emails like tasks. This means that I can easily prioritize my emails and get through them faster. I have tried other email clients in the past, but none of them have been as effective as Superhuman.
Worth it for email jockeys
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me triage my inbox while gently nudging me towards Inbox Zero. The keyboard shortcuts and the uncluttered user interface keep me focused. I am not a power user yet but the additional features like snippets and calendar management are perks for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The $30 fee is the elephant in the room. My boosted throughput makes this worth it but your mileage may vary. This is somewhat offset by the referral program but if you aren't fielding emails all day this probably isn't your cup of tea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid inbox triage, time management, an Inbox Zero-based productivity method, time-bound follow ups when the other party fails to respond, calendar management, etc
