Going back to Gmail would be like using iMessage then going back to a green text bubble
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. It is my favorite tool. I would never go back to Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Maybe would be nice to have reporting/data.

Making emails faster.
Superhuman makes my work so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I am a person that has a really hard time checking my email. I am notorious at not reading messages and letting my inbox pile up - so superhuman's ability to section out different types of emails that I choose, it's shortcuts that make sending emails easier, and it's clean layout has honestly made me more productive over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that some of the functionality with contacts leaves a little less to be desired. I'd love to be able to import and update contacts through the software instead of going into google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am absolutely checking my email constantly - I have the desktop app open on my screen all day and my response times have improved by a wide margin. I am also staying much more organized by getting rid of emails I don't need and really only making use of the ones that are absolutely crucial to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I absolutely felt that the support team was crucial when I was first getting set up. Their intro call was insanely helpful and the follow-up emails between me and their support team were pleasant and helpful! Utilize support!
Feeling like a SuperHuman - its true
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and speed of Superhuman. I used to have a mega inbox - it completely overwhelmed me. Now its empty - messages are coming back when I want to - so distraction is gone, and productivity is way up

Really nothing. I am learning new keystrokes every day. It's super good at what it needs to be super good at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Getting rid of Email distraction
* elaborate manual tasks (snippets is great for that)
* getting precious time back into my schedule - I'd not be surprised if that's an hour per day

if you have an overflow of emails and you handle many areas in your work, superhuman can help you keep things orignized.

Zero inbox and email management.
Designed for speed, but only compatible with gmail & has some bugs related to draft emails
What do you like best about the product?
Speed, efficiency, UI (on desktop is best but desktop, iPad, and mobile UI/UX are actually quite good). I also love the ability to streamline introductions with auto-BCC, and the way they teach you the keyboard shortcuts within the application is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've drafted emails in Superhuman and lost them multiple times. There's definitely a bug related to this that I haven't encountered previously when only using the gmail application. I also which the UI was better when it comes to mobile/iPad and formatting my text with bullets and bold/italics/etc

Speed and efficiency of getting through my to do list are paramount, and superhuman is great at this.

I can easily sort through and organize email. Also love being able to schedule reminders.

There's nothing I dislike. I honestly don't know what I'd do without it to help me improve my daily workflow.

It helps solve email confusion; nothing gets lost in the shuffle so I'm always on top of communication.

The simplicity and a short key commands.

Can't think of anything. I literally sat here trying to come up with something I didn't like.

Unsubscribe is helping me make better use of time - something that is a premium for me.
Excellent Organizational Tools for the Unorganized
What do you like best about the product?
Snoozing w/ response options - such as whether or not the sender replies to the email you're snoozing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost mostly; it is quite expensive but still worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally being disorganized and losing emails in archives! The snooze option and split inboxes allow me to keep track of items based on topic and timelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's pricey, but worth it when you get into it. There are many features but they're very intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very fast and easy to use. Every action can be done with the keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email styling can be a little off. No Android app. No support for confidential emails. Expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through email faster. I get less behind on email.
