    Rodrigo B.

The best tool for the Startup C-Level or Founder

  • April 26, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Superhuman. It helps me to organize myself and the company in ways I have only seen in very few products. I thank Superhuman everyday because it makes my productivity go up so much :).
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing. I find it a bit annoying to split inboxes :S but everything else works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization in mails, reminders, calendar viewing. As a C-Level / Founder, I used to use up too much time in mail duties, now I am almost 5X as productive and at the same time I have reduced my mailing duties (which are increasing as fast as our company is growing) in almost 400%.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should really consider using Superhuman in order to boost your productivity.

Email game-changer

  • April 26, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is incredibly efficient. The shortcuts are intuitive, the features are EXACTLY the things I've wanted in email, and I can't imagine going back to use another email client. I actually use the term "Superhuman for X" when I talk about great productivity products - I wish there was a Superhuman for calendars or a Superhuman for task management, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Superhuman continue to expand their calendar integrations and even potentially into task management. An overall Superhuman ecosystem would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just move through my email much, much faster and more effectively. The training and onboarding are incredibly thoughtful and get you up to speed and working differently almost instantly. I love how few clicks/taps it takes to do everything from labeling, archiving, pulling up email reminders, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
On desktop, everything is so fast. Snippets and other keyboard shortcuts save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app has always lagged a bit in terms of speed, functionality, and ease of use. That said, it's still pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearing email faster, getting to inbox zero

What do you like best about the product?
Increase organization allowing me to spin my wheels on more revenue-producing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization is increased & things aren't falling through the cracks thanks to the reminder feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to increase productivity, stay organized Superhuman is for you. Get back to the $$ making KPI's

The most seamless email experience; keeps you focused!

  • April 26, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's designed for speed. SUPER fast and keeps you focused on the most important things. I really like that the team behind Superhuman has clearly spent a lot of time on thinking about the best ways to use email. It shows - the design is super intentional. I love so many of the functionality and the command center where you can customize so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional glitch. It's happened to me multiple times where I type up this really long email that is regularly saving to drafts and then when I come back to finish the email, it's completely gone. In those moments, I swear I'll never type an important email on Superhuman again. But I still do... I just make sure to copy and paste my draft in Notes sometimes. Also wish there was a hub where you could see a live feed of opens/clicks, so you can see who is interacting with your emails in real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time in email and getting through emails faster. The short cuts & commands make feel like my old days in Excel with my short cuts. I feel like a whiz just plowing through my inbox.

Great product with a few annoying UI issues

  • April 26, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Good email management overlay on GMail. Desktop hotkeys (which GMail also has) make it easy to drive though an inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks Grammarly support. UI oddities, especially on mobile make it annoying. Seriously, the hotkey combination to delete (Shift+3) is a ridiculous and stupid reach. And, on mobile, the delete button is half-hidden off screen on an iPhone 13, unreachable on a smaller device. Did I mention no Grammarly support?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get you to inbox zero with only minor frustrsation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's fine, don't spend your own money on it though.

    Information Technology and Services

Excellent and pricey

  • April 13, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very fast UI as well as it's effectively a command line driven GUI, so you can be very fast with being productive. It's a pleasurable app to use and really turns my iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) into first class productivity machines. Very responsive to inquiries (remains to be seen whether the features get implemented tho).
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's very, very expensive for a GMail GUI. But I've tried all the other apps and they are just not up to par by comparison (speed, clunky UI, etc). This is really only useful for nerdy people who want to keep their hands on the keyboard and want to move quickly, hence their picky onboarding process. I'm coming from Mixmax + GMail, so there are some features that I miss (recommended send times, sequences, inline scheduling, and more) but for me, the trade-off is worth it. You really have to use their inbox zero process to benefit the most the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powerful email on the go, nicer UI to use a tool where you spend a lot of time, and it's more enjoyable to use. Seamless experience across devices. I believe I'm more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I used mixmax a lot and miss the bulk sending feature, but this is truly a first class app.
