Speed on email
What do you like best about the product?
Superfast user interface and ability to use keyboard shortcuts for all tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is relatively high for a platform built on gmail

Great Product - Better Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The product is powerful and intuitive.
The biggest impact has been from the 30 minute onboarding call I did, where one of the CS folks, Megan Laskey, walked me through tips and tricks, and gave me a framework for managing my inbox that has been life-changing.
If you're reading this and on the fence, trust me, just try it out!!
I've purchased SaaS products in the past that were 20x the cost and didn't provide anywhere near the value and overall quality in onboarding. So many B2B SaaS companies could learn from this experience.
Shout out to their whole growth / demand gen / website / marketing team as well that's optimizing website conversions. The purchase experience was exactly what it should be: streamlined, simple, and intuitive.. not so dissimilar from the product. :)

Nada - great product, great team, keep up the good work.

Time wasted on email. Poor response time. Important messages getting lost in my inbox.
Great email client for better email management - can not deal with emails without it any more!

The organisation of emails in categories I set up and the reminder (snooze) functionality.

Nothing really. They have constantly improved!

Email management, email priority and filtering. addressing emails away from desktop better than ever before
Not enough bang for the buck
What do you like best about the product?
As a Google Workspace user I was hopeful that superhuman would save me time. I think superhuman could be very effective for those who do not rely upon folders.
The customer service was excellent, I really appreciated the hands-on support in getting started and also the ease with which they supported my canceling the service.

What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find the Superhuman shortcuts to be more efficient than the out-of-the-box Gmail shortcuts (in fact most are the same) that combined with the price and limitation of folders ultimately made me decide to cancel my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None - I canceled my subscription after three months.
Superhuman gives you email Superpowers!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage my email inbox much faster than with Gmail interface. Love the tighter UX and the use of keystrokes and reply snippets to power through email with much more speed and impact. I like it so much I reply to Slack DMs via Superhuman as well by having Slack sent alerts to my email on all DMs to which I can then reply from Superhuman.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the contact integration in Superhuman. Superhuman shows you a social profile of the contact with whom your emailing (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter) but sometimes the contact is incorrect and there is no ability to edit the contact within the superhuman tile or add contact notes. I really wish they added a google contact integration to enable me to add contact notes and edit contacts records from withing the superhuman interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem is being overwhelmed by email volume. I'm an entrepreneur and could not keep up with the hundreds of emails and messages I get many day. Superhuman gives me a fighting chance to get back to Inbox Zero.
Inbox zero rocks.

I enjoy that Superhuman is fast, keyboard-driven, and keeps me focused on staying at inbox zero.

It'd be nice if Superhuman had more features, like legitimate calendaring solutions.

If you are someone who gets an average of 100 emails a day and wants to streamline your approach towards it - use Superhuman
The best way to keep your email on control everyday and get your inbox zero easily.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can handle your email account in an interface where everything is on hand to keep your email organized, using a Get things done methodology. The most important is to focus on the critical emails and remove all the unnecessary information. Superhuman saves you a lot of time on the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Superhuman could look very technical. At the beginning, you have to be clear about what options you will use instead of focusing on complexity inside the tool. That's something that changes as soon as you get familiarized with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to handle my daily work emails, I have the app on my iPad or iPhone, and I can look at what's essential without using my laptop every day. Then I can keep my emails and tasks organized everyday and are part of my Get Things Done methodology to keep my daily tasks organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a heavy email user that needs a tool to keep your emails organized in an efficient way using web apps besides Gmail, Superhuman could be your best option to keep your email in one place and Inbox Zero almost all days. Superhuman helps you identify the most important emails and makes them accessible.

Makes email faster, keybaord shortcuts reduce time. Split inboxes good way to orginize.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for IMAP accounts, no support for google contacts, no unified inbox, no Grammarly support. Slow to release updates and features. Very expensive alternative to free services if paying the full 30/month.

General inbox managment and triage of incoming messages.

Makes it easy to fly through email. Keyboard commands are useful and easy to pick up on.

$30/m is a lot for email. Mobile app could be better. Some features similar to what hey.com has, ie. the screener may be nice.
