like me, you're constantly trying to manage a demanding personal and professional schedule.
What do you like best about the product?
My email (and life!) just got a major upgrade thanks to Superhuman. Easy to set up and, integrate and implement, although I am only just getting started. It is FAST and can tie together all of your emails AND your calendars (work, home, etc.) I live in my email and use it daily. Customer support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not world-class like the rest of the product. They have a good start, but a long way to go. I am a super user and host several podcasts on Software, including the Software Spotlight. As you might imagine, I am very picky about the solutions I use in my personal and professional life. This one is for sure a keeper!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
gives me back time from a busy work life and email overload.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use AI chat to find emails and attachments that are buried in email threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not compatible with custom IMAP/POP3 email accounts, only Gmail and Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox zero giving peace of mind and clarity once I have worked through all emails.
Hefty use of shortcut keys so you quickly and seamlessly can go through all your emails and do the actions that you need to do.
If you receive many emails that have the same content, it aggregates all of them into one email, avoiding having hundreds of the same email in your inbox.
Easy labeling of emails so that they go into the right inbox.
Easy unsubscribing of emails.
Amazing AI chat that allows you to find information or attachments in specific emails, where it also shows you the source so you can open it.
AI writing of emails for you.
Ability to add a reminder for an email to surface in a number of days or a specific date so you don't forget it.

great product for recruiters that saves me a lot of time
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Superhuman are the snippets (templates), the commands, and the overall sleek UI. They also have a great customer support that responds within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Superhuman will mis-label emails causing them to go into an inbox that I rarely check so you have to be very careful about ensure all your inboxes are checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time with the snippets and easy to use interface + commands.

Helps me organise email and keep on top of things. I like the timely reminders to follow up on emails at a later time so nothing gets missed.
The best app I didn't know I needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is the app I didn't know I needed. I scoffed at the idea of paying a premium for email. But something about it kept tugging at me. I finally decided to give it a spin and try it out. Once I did, there was no looking back. Right away I was flying through my email faster than I could ever imagine. It was the fastest experience I had ever had, probably for any type of activity, I had experienced on my desktop. I knew right away that I would become a paying subscriber. Superhuman's intuitive keyboard shortcuts and UI make going through email a breeze. It also makes it so easy to automatically split emails based on types, and now with AI, it can do much of that work automatically. It also removed the need to try and remember to follow up with people as it was so easy to either set a reminder, or just allow Superhuman to detect when something needed follow up and remind you automagically. With Superhuman I no longer worry about email. If anything, I worry that I could be using it even better than I am right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really find this difficult and I am not kidding. This has become my #1 favorite app. If anything, it has a bit of a steep price. I certainly would love saving money. But I am also willing to pay a premium for the time that Superhuman saves me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me to get through my email quickly, respond to people faster and also cut out so much of my junk/spam email. In short, it takes a large part of my daily work and simplifies and speeds it up so that I can focus on other meaningful work.
Email, Reinvented. Superhuman Is Worth Every Penny
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has completely transformed the way I manage email. The clean, intuitive interface and keyboard-driven workflow make it incredibly fast to triage and respond to messages. I especially love the AI-powered features, from smart summaries to suggested replies; they’ve shaved at least 2 hours off my workday. The reminders, snoozes, and split inboxes make it almost impossible to miss a message. My inbox has never been this organized or stress-free. I use Superhuman for my business every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real drawback is the price. While I personally find the value more than worth it, the monthly cost might be too steep for casual email users or small teams with tight budgets. I also wish the platform supported more email providers beyond Gmail and Outlook.

Superhuman solves the problem of email overload. Before using it, I was constantly battling a cluttered inbox, missing important messages, and wasting time digging for threads. Now, with features like split inboxes, follow-up reminders, and AI-powered summaries, I stay organized and never miss a thing. It saves me hours each day, reduces stress, and helps me maintain focus by streamlining my email interactions.
Fastest email I have ever tried.
What do you like best about the product?
I use is 5 times a day at least . It is FASTTT clean IU, but once you have learnd your basics, and keyboard shorticus, you are the fasted runner!!
Implementation was a blast... simple as a login and a few tweaks.
Customer support came to me within hours with some questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is giving me a little bit if a harder time to learn. Would have a unified inbox and the chance to move emails from one emails account to anocher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email processing in a minute. AI helps me reply with my own style, this worked like a charm in spanish and english.
An unexpected upgrade to a daily communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes it really easy to quickly zero out my inbox. Going from never zeroing out my inbox in Gmail to clearing it out every day, it's changed my view on email and how I interact with it on a daily basis. I can't see myself not using these features now that I'm used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the keyboard shortcuts are nice but they can get to be a bit overwhelming. I wish there were more ways to remind me how to do stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes following up on email responses super easy for me. I now don't have to set reminder tasks for myself in my project management software to follow up on a conversation if I don't hear back for a while.
Superhuman got me out of the endless pit of emails
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see a list of contacts who have recently read my email. It allows me to follow up appropriately. The interface is so minimal and relaxing too. I love the look of it on all of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could collapse my threads as I read through them. I also want to be able to pop out my draft and access it even if I switch tabs.

Allowing me to focus on important emails and not drop the ball.
Superhuman Review
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman saves me tons of time on my email. I would highly recommend it if you have lots of emails that come in daily. The other awesome feature is the reminders. I never miss a follow-up or response because of them. Short-cuts are really nice too, you never have to take your hands off your keys. It also integrates with my Gmail and automatically sorts my emails. I use it daily, and would be lost without it at this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a student and it's a little expensive for me. If you're work pays for it or you can afford it easily, this wouldn't be a problem. Other than that, nothing else is negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman makes it so that all my emails are sorted effectively and efficiently. Making it super easy to respond and see which emails are most important. I also use the ai writing assistant to make writing emails faster, especially if it's a simple reply.
