Really Great Email Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zero Inbox was always something I wanted to achieve but had no idea how to truly do it since I managed my time out of my inbox. Superhuman changed that. All emails receive a status of "deal with it now", "schedule it for later' or archive it (with the ability to easily find it via search when you need it). The release of pressure from not having 100's of emails staring at me all the time was indescribable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to get used to threaded conversations, which I'm okay with, but don't love. I'd also like a some more robust calendar options, but those are minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It writes emails for me when I don;t have time to flesh out a full email. I manage my time better with zero inbox. Snippets save repeated emails and make it easy to insert into any email. Overall, I really love this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super fast and intuitive. They managed to gamify inbox zero, and it actually works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better UI/UX for people who prefer to organize their mail by folders and subfolders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a fast, and slick email client. It saves some time and promotes a clean inbox discipline.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong push to use shortcuts for productivity, which feel quite intuitive. They "understand" email and it shows in their feature design and functionalities. Mac app is fast and distraction-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to report. The right bar of the app takes some screen real estate without a lot of useful functionality imo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to go through email fast and relieve mental load of managing inbox. Estimating about a 20%+ gain in overall email productivity vs. Gmail.
The Fastest, Friendliest Email Experience Out There!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is insanely fast and makes managing my inbox fun! I love the keyboard shortcuts, beautiful interface, and how I feel completely on top of my email every day. The read status tracking is a huge bonus. It saves me time, reduces stress, and lets me tackle email with real enjoyment and efficiency. I get through my emails faster than ever before and actually look forward to using my inbox!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's honestly not much to dislike—I wish it were more affordable for everyone, but the experience is worth it! Sometimes integrating with every tool I use takes an extra step, but their support is always quick to help. It would be helpful if more third-party integrations were seamless out of the box. Occasionally, power users may want even more customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a lot of emails from both my team members and my clients. Superhuman helps me to compose email replies to them very quickly using AI.
Absolute game changer
What do you like best about the product?
My productivity has gone through the roof! The ability to write an email with short sharp bullet points and have Superhuman AI turn this into a well structured email has enabled me to keep on top of email for the first time in decades.

That I didn't find out about Superhuman years ago..!

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Superhuman is that it currently doesn’t offer an executive assistant feature—such as built-in smart delegation or automated scheduling help. For those who rely on executive assistant capabilities to manage tasks and coordinate emails seamlessly, this is one area where it falls short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me prioritize and manage email in a way that actually feels productive. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to focus on the most important emails first, so nothing critical slips through the cracks. Then, thanks to the incredible speed and efficiency of the app—especially with keyboard shortcuts—I’m able to fly through the rest of my inbox quickly. It’s turned email from a constant distraction into a streamlined part of my day.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, easy to use, saves tons of time daily on email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like. Just takes a little getting used to after decades of Outlook and Apple Mail.

Superhuman saves a lot of time and keeps me from getting bogged down with email. The AI tools are fantastic.

You would think not taking your fingers off the keys isn't that important, but it ruins every other app.
I never realized how 'slow' other email clients were.

Like all growing software platforms, it's kind of growing too fast. Too much funcionality. Sometimes I'd like to see companies be more thoughtful about what they have. Instead, it's like product managers gone wild.

TIME SAVER
What do you like best about the product?
Best feature ever is that you get time back. I can speed through my emails and responses as well as label everything quickly to keep track of accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, honestly $30 per month to get more time back is worth it. Still, could be a bit cheaper in my opinion.

Account response time, tracking, time management, etc.
